A Frame Expresso — Restaurant in Fort Bragg

Long time customer, love the stamp cards but am very disappointed at the fact my coffee is always burnt. I get a breve which makes the oil in the half n half bring out the oils in the coffee bean making a sweet enough coffee with out the need for sugar, but if the half n half gets to hot or brunt then the drink can b ruined... I know the baristas are very busy in the morning but there's no reason for them to burn the expense coffees I look forward to making my morning.... its not ok... I called and they were willing to remake i but don't have the time to go back, wait in line and get a new one. I know they work hard at their job but it only takes a lil bit of time to not brun my coffee. I've used espresso machines many times before without having brun my drink in a fast fashion. I also know these employees work for tips and they'd get more tips if they'd make their coffee right. I think most of them have little understanding of how the coffee oils blend with the milk/half nhalf oils work together. What would the start of the weekend be without another food review 🥺. This local spot for coffee is arguably the local's favorite and it is ALWAYS busy every time I pass by. My daughter, back for the previous night, renditioned me and took me to breakfast and chose one of her favs, the A-Frame. The staff member that helped us KNOWS customer service. She strove to make sure to ask enough questions to get our order right, this is becoming a lost art. Their coffee is second to none and guaranteed to please even the most educated palates. Strangest thing for a guy who prides himself on paying attention, I had no idea they served food 😵‍💫. The bagel was fresh and chorizo burrito tasty and warm. Plus A Frames are cool and evoke happiness and an old worldly charm, at least to me. Plus aren’t my nails 💅 great 🤔😳

We came into the shop after having one good experience and this ABSOLUTELY ruined it. We came in and asked for two iced carmel coffees with sugar and cream and a jalapeno bagel she proceeded to give us hot coffee and we asked her to fix it then she came back and said our bill was 10$ after giving her a 20$ she came back and only gave us 5$ i asked where the rest of the money was and she took the 5$ and didnt come back. After her manager asked us what else we needed she tried to say that we paid the rest of the money and forgot to give us our change back, they both looked stoned out of their minds they completely ruined this local...
