A real gem of a place, and I wish there was a version of it that was only a few hours drive from my house. This little place of a store, provides high quality meats, which translates to higher prices as well, but in this case, you will get what you pay for. An interesting thing here is, they make a variety in-house sausages, and the butcher in charge of making these sausages, is truly an alchemist. From the extra garlic (it will keep the vampires away for sure) to the turducken (Yes, turkey, duck & chicken. Basically, Thanksgiving in a sausage), Mac & Cheese and other wonderful combos. If you have any questions about them, I would request to speak to him if he's available. He takes great pride in what he does, and it appears he enjoys the opportunity to talk about his creations. I hope he stays here for a long time, because these sausages are a great treat. Regarding their other meats, they are top notch, and you can find some of them used in the Mayan Fusion restaurant offerings next door.
