I came in with my coworker after she had told me her experience looking at engagement rings with her boyfriend and how fun it was. I had no intention of buying a ring, but I stopped in anyways because I had no idea what styles, shapes, color I preferred. Ann was the one to show us all the varying selections they carried. Ann was so amazing. She really took her time on me knowing I wasn’t in there for anything more than to gain perspective on what I liked. She showed me so many different rings. She eventually showed me the Tacori engagement rings and I fell in love. It was everything I had ever dreamed of in a ring. Fit and looked perfect on me. I was so excited about it, the very next day I set an appointment to see Ann again but this time with my fiance (then boyfriend) and again, Ann was just so genuine. So willing to help. She showed my fiance the engagement ring and of course he fell in love with it too. He says its the prettiest ring he’s ever seen. Shortly after finding the ring of my dreams lol, me and my fiance move to North Carolina, where unfortunately there are no Tacori dealerships here. Me and my fiance would go to other local Jewelers, like Kay and all those ones in the mall and it was never up to parr with the customer service we experienced at Sathers with everyone there especially Ann. The sales people in other jeweler stores just want a quick sale and if you’re not ready to buy a ring today or tomorrow they could care less about you and just drift off and don’t help you anymore, mind you the selection is NOTHING compared to Sathers, and no ring ever compared to the Tacori collections. A year after first going to Sathers, Ann had kept me and evans contact information and messaged us a sale that Tacori was doing (rare rare sale) and that she had thought about me and remembered I loved this brand. Very thoughtful of her. When me and my then boyfriend starting getting more serious as the years went by I stressed how much I wanted to buy from Ann at Sathers. 2.5 years later.. me and my fiance finally come home to Colorado for Christmas with the family. I was so excited because I could finally go see the ring again after all this time. To my surprise my fiance had already pre ordered it to pick up here at Sathers. When we went to go look at it ( me not knowing he bought it ) Ann had not spoiled the surprise and pretended to not know anything and was thankfully in touch with my fiance the whole time lol. I always told me fiance that Ann was the kind of sales person that created real genuine connections with her clients, where she knew she’d get the sale possibly even years later, where other sales people want the sales then and there and don’t care about you or your relationship. I couldn’t be more happy with my ring, and the family owned place I got it at. Thank you Ann for sticking with us after all these years and I really appreciate all your...
Read moreI would NOT recommend Sathers Jewelers to anyone!! Working with them on my engagement ring became a stressful and devastating experience that no newly engaged couple should ever have to go through. 6 short weeks after becoming engaged and wearing my ring for the first time there were already diamonds loose. I had to give my ring up for 2 weeks to get fixed. The second time I took it in (4 weeks later) to get checked there were more loose diamonds. We were sold an “active wear” ring but we began to question this when they gave me suggestions that I should not wear my ring when performing simple tasks, including: laundry, grocery shopping, dishes, sleep, workout, pick up luggage…in other words only wear the ring when I am doing nothing. The ring was too big and they did not want to resize it to fit me. I kept getting the response from the sales rep that my wedding bands would make it fit tighter. I had to wear a ring sizer so my ring would not fall off my finger. The sales rep would tell us one thing and the owner would go back on what her sales rep offered us. Sathers is awful and does not look out for their customers. They will sell you anything to make a buck and they do not stand behind the jewelry they sell. We purchased 2 stackable wedding bands to go specifically with my engagement mount. When we purchased these we sat with the Sather’s sales rep and the A. Jaffe (ring rep) who both encouraged us to buy these rings. Never once did they stress concerns to us. Only to find out 3 months later from the owner of Sather’s that these bands would ruin my engagement mount and that we would need to have the engagement ring recreated in order for these bands to work. This company is not trustworthy. In the end we returned my setting as that was all the company would agree to. I encourage anyone who is reading this to not waste your time on an awful company like this one. They will take any opportunity they can to take advantage of you. Getting engaged and planning your wedding is meant to be a memorable experience and should be nothing but enjoyable and that is not the experience you with have if you work with...
Read moreAs I began my search for the best jewelry store to have two custom rings designed and made, I came across Sather's due to its amazing reviews. From what I could read Sathers was a professional and high quality establishment that I initially felt I could trust. My first visit to the showroom I was greeted kindly but there was great struggle in the understanding of what I wanted to have made. After leaving with the promise that they would be in touch, Sathers quickly gave up on my ring and I heard nothing further on it's design. I came back a few months later with an actual image of my intentions and again left with promises of communication and didn't hear anything AGAIN!
Hoping that maybe it was just the representative I was working with, my sweetheart and I returned to Sathers not only to follow up with my ring but to also have his finger sized and discuss his ring. We were APPALLED with the service we received!! So much so that it lead to us creating this review. We spoke to a new women for assistance and instantly felt like we were a burden on her and a waist of her time! She was reluctant to show us rings (we actually felt like we were forcing her to pull rings out of the case) she said that she couldn't tell us what my fiances ring size was until he chose a ring, we proceeded to show her a ring that we were hoping to have made and was INSTANTLY shut down and actually TOLD to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to make his ring!! We left the store with no information, no ring designs, and true disappointment!! We are designing our wedding rings!!! We should be over joyed and excited! Not like a burden!! In the end I gave them more than a fair chance of earning my business, and Sather's failed on THREE separate occasions over a 6 month time frame!
Luckily we did not receive the same unprofessional approach from Davier down the street. We were welcomed, well treated and felt like a respected customer. They spent an incredible amount of time with us and stayed in perfect communication with us! Our $11k rings are being made by exceptional craftsmen and would STRONGLY urge customers there way! They are worth...
