I submitted for a fundraiser a month in advanced and got a confirmation email. I called this location the day before and confirmed my order came through. When I arrived the next morning to pick up the order, it wasn't done. The worker wouldn't even let me into the building, she forced me to go through the drive-thru. She told me they didn't have the order even though I called the day before. At first she offered to start packing the order and when I told her okay she responded, "Actually, no I can't do that". I asked if there was anything she could do to help because my school has been looking forward to this fundraiser all year and she just shrugged her shoulders and acted like she could care less. She did nothing to help and when I asked for a customer service number she said she couldn't give one to me. I finally found one online and called customer service. They assured me upper-management would reach out to me and resolve the issue. They never did. I even called the customer service line back and all they said was "we will add that they haven't called yet". It is almost two months later and I still don't have any contact with upper-management. Yesterday, I received a piece of mail that basically said, "Sorry your experience sucked, here's a coupon for 6 free donuts". It was honestly insulting and truly revealed that the issues with customer service at Krispy Kreme start from the top and go down. I won't be using them for future fundraisers ever again. I don't recommend them at all. Their donuts are not worth the headache of...
Read moreIt will be a very long time before I visit this location again. The only reason I gave it a second star is because of the Krispy Kreme brand. I've been to Krispy Kreme locations supported and staffed by almost any community you can think of, and they've always been great. I will not spend my hard-earned money at this location again.
So far, I've been here twice and have been failed twice.
There also a member on your team that's comfortable enough to make very direct advances to your customers, even when their significant other is around. This is pretty creepy.
Apparently, this Krispy Kreme location doesn't honor promotions they put out there when their inventory is low. And why does your inventory seem to be low so frequently? Please get it together.
It's not my fault that leadership did not adequately prepare, had supply chain issues, or whatever the reason for their failure is. I drove 40 minutes round trip, and I'm tired of hearing about all the reasons I wasted my time. Customers don't care that you think your reasons are valid. I can clearly see that you have enough product to complete my order, so it is starting to feel like a bait & switch that's wasted almost an hour of my life.
Just honor the promo you used to get thousands of people in your doors. It's just good business. The money you'll make from a happily returning customer will probably far outweigh the money you lose by annoying them with an unintentional bait & switch.
I hope this...
Read moreThe worst experience I have ever had at any Krispy Kreme. We have visited different locations and this place is so run-down with THE WORST customer service! We patiently waited to be attended since the lady there was just attending customers in the drive thru and on the phone. It felt like those customers were a priority because she did take several customers in the drive thru while we just stood there waiting. Then, when they finally found a chance to attend us, the lady had such a bad attitude. We asked for half a dozen and she just decided to charge us 6 separate donuts by the unit which, obviously, came up to a ridiculous price. When I naturally asked her why the total came up so high, she was completely rude about it (like even rolling her eyes and sighing loud a couple of times). Then, another employee came in to make it worst. I just didn’t want to deal with their attitude. So, I left with overpriced and cold donuts, only because they were for my kids. I will not be visiting that...
