I didn't wear the dress and NO Exchange two days later when I tried to return it.!!

I wear medium. On Friday 2/16/18 I went to this store and I tried on a medium and a small dress. I made my choice and left. At home I saw that it was a small. By mistake I had given her the small when I paid for it. “Oops, I need to exchange this.”On Sunday 2/18/18 I tried to return the dress.

“I’m sorry, but the tag is removed. You could have worn it. There are no returns or exchanges with a removed tag.” I pointed out, “Look, I wear a medium. I could not have put this on.” She shrugged. I asked, “What am I supposed to do?” and she shrugged. I have bought over $400 on dresses and skirts and everything is medium. That didn’t matter to the store clerk. I won’t go back there again. I’m going to go to Monaco at Town Center Mall in Boca Raton, because Monaco is WAY better. If you experience Monaco, Etiquette will disappear in your mind.

I’m just going to shrug and go...

I love etiquette's clothing ; however they never have size smalls- or xsmalls and when the smalls are available they are huge and act like a medium and fits poorly. I am a true size small- size 1 or 0 for jeans and even for dresses the smalls are huge. I hope this feedback will help.
