Myself and 10 other guys headed down to FL from NJ for a bachelor party in the end of February. Being the best man I had the privilege (or should I say the pressure) of planning the trip and making it an experience like no other. Being familiar with the Fort Lauderdale area, I had an idea of where I wanted to be with regard to location, however trying to find a house that could accommodate our group and had sufficient entertainment/ amenities while still being in the mix of all the fun that Fort Lauderdale had to offer, was something I didn't think would be easy to come by. Until I encountered Elysium 737 & our host Ted B and Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale Inc.

First and foremost, the house. The photos of the house speak for itself... It is set on a corner piece of property right on the water with a huge bulkhead, which gives way to a rather large deck, great for spending mornings sipping on coffee and your afternoons soaking up the sun, drink in hand, watching the insane boats pass by. Additionally, the house has an outdoor kitchen, 2 pools, outdoor pool table, and a plethora of beds and couches to accommodate groups even larger than us. All of this sat within a 5 minute trip to the grocery store, a 10 minute Uber ride into downtown Fort Lauderdale for all the restaurants, bars and nightlife you could ask for and a max of maybe 15 minute ride to A1A and the popular beaches -- All in all the house was IMMACULATE.

Enough with the house, onto the host Ted B and Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale Inc. From the moment I first contacted the company, Ted was incredible. He was quick to respond to any and all questions I had, was willing to accommodate early check-in and late check-out if available, and was incredibly knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Upon arrival (we were lucky to get into the house a few hours early), Ted was awesome! He provided a ton of info about the area, gave us a bunch of different suggestions with regard to bars to hit, and genuinely wanted us to be able to relax and have a good time and thats exactly what we did.

Something I feel is worth mentioning that speaks volumes to Ted's personality and professionalism was upon check-out, there was a possibility of our flight getting cancelled due to weather. Ted went out of his way to ensure that if we were in need, he would have found another property to put us up in for the night so we wouldn't be left stranded or have to sleep in the airport. That in and of itself goes to show you the person he is!

Ted and Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale Inc. made my job of booking a memorable bachelor party for my brother, as easy as possible. I certainly would recommend him and the company to any and everyone interested in looking for properties in the South Florida area. I'm already planning my next trip down in a few months and I fully intended on reaching out to Ted and Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale Inc. to help...

We rented in Nov 2018 and had a great experience with Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale. We rented Elysium 737 for a family reunion with 50 guests and this house was perfect! The house was clean and beautiful, just like the pictures. Everyone is still talking about just how perfect this house was. Both pools were clean and gorgeous, everyone had a great time. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bar outdoors was perfect for entertainment and there was something for everyone to do from children to adults. The house is on the river, watching the boats pass by was a nice surprise and treat. I was worried that 50 people would be too many for the space but the outdoors space is actually huge and it wasn't crowded at all. It was plenty of space for a group of 50. The process to check in / check out was easy, Ted was there to walk us through, give us instructions, and show us how to work everything out. He also was gracious enough to let us in the house a few weeks before the event so we could plan everything appropriately. I would be renting from Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale again...

Host: Now you are trying to threaten us with a poor review because you are unable to answer questions. You grossly inappropriate. How American of you. Obviously you are looking for something other than a home- we manage properties, we aren't therapists. Seek help....stop messaging/threatening us.

For my experience with their host on Airbnb they deserved zero star but lucky for them theres...
