Surf Style Ft. Myers Beach This store is kinds cool. It has everything from Beach wear to Toys. This place was packed full of Shirts, Flip Flops, Beach Towels, Dresses, Hats, Toys, Sunglasses, Tumblers and Beach Memorabilia just to name a few. Even with all the merchandise this store was neat, organized, and clean. We asked for help to find the dressing room and they were very friendly to help us. There is a 2nd floor and an elevator to get you there. Many of the items up on that floor were discounted. Prices seemed in line and were not outrages. I went with my dad today to return swim shorts because when I put them on I didnt like the velcro so I wanted to exchange it for one without a velcro. They said we could but the system wouldn’t let them let us pay the difference. Then we asked could we return the shorts and buy the new ones I picked out. Then she says it is a no return policy it is written everywhere“Is this every where this is covered“ Then we start complaining saying why can’t we have it exchanged still. She assistant manager says” I have shopped here before it’s happened to me and just to let you know in the future we have a no return policy” So she wouldn’t let us exchange the item so we just left with...

Y’all ever wear socks on the beach and get sand in your toes — yeah I’d take that feeling all day over stepping another foot inside this building. Nothing but overpriced flimsy swimwear. No help at all except for some underpaid worker offering these “specials” like it was some nice restaurant. She also did not know the area at all and didn’t even speak English.
