Dollar Tree — Local services in Fort Payne

I love this place just wish there was one closer to where I live because I have to drive like 20 minutes to get to this one but it's okay. The only thing I do not like is the refund policy when my puppies collar that I had bought from there snapped right after I put it on her. So I took it back to get my money back cuz I really didn't want another one, too afraid it would break and break from her leash and she would run out into the street and get hit!!! But they wouldn't allow it that would only allow me to exchange it! I have a problem with that because why would I want another one after the first one broke 😞! I even had my receipt! But other than that incident, it's been okay and the fact that they went up on the prices and turned it into a 5 and under now it's gone even higher I guess because I saw something in there for 6.00! Why can't they just leave...

As Dollar Tree stores go this one was above average. It was rather large for a Dollar Tree with both cold and frozen food. I got there shortly before closing time. The employees were quickly going from one task to another. You could see they were busy but they still took time to acknowledge the customers and assist them if needed. Of course this is what they should do, I only bring it up because it is such a rarity in todays society to actually see this take place. I hope their Store manager reads this because not only those young adults but the manager who is over them should be commended for the way the staff goes about their duties and still takes time to make the...

By far the best DT I've ever had the pleasure of frequenting. Shelves are always fully stocked and the cashiers are always happy helpful and smiling. 🙂 The GM's dedication to the store, company, business, customers and employees is admirable and commendable to say the least! 👍😁👍 From South Florida to Knoxville and all points in between; this is the best DT I have been in so far.
