Adobe Interiors — Local services in Fort Worth

I love, love, love the pieces of furniture I purchased from Adobe Interiors and it’s all bc of Cole, their designer! I live in PA and Adobe Interiors is in TX. I am very cautious of buying furniture from a place so far away. I have been burned in the past a few times but everything regarding this whole buying experience was absolutely fabulous and it was all bc of a gentleman named Cole, the designer at Adobe. I recently remodeled my home and went w a western motif….unfortunately the selection of that type of furniture isn’t abundant here in PA. I was looking for 8 dining table chairs and found them on the Adobe website. I called to check their availability and that’s how I started speaking w Cole. He answered all my questions, and I had a lot, still being wary about purchasing them so far away. I then asked him about other pieces I was interested in like a buffet and a large entry way table. He was wonderful and patient w me. I explained to him what I was looking for and he provided me w pics of beautiful pieces. He understood what I was looking for and went out of his way to find the perfect pieces and that he did! Before any of the chosen pieces were shipped to me, he provided MANY pics of each piece, front and back, so I can see that there were no damages or scratches, as I said I was burned in the past. He then introduced me to the warehouse shipping gentleman who also went through everything again for me and set up a shipping date. They arrived in a very timely manner by two of the nicest delivery gentlemen. Each piece was packaged meticulously. As each piece was unwrapped the more happy I got!! They put each piece exactly where I wanted them, and spotlessly cleaned up all the packaging material. Bless them , the entry table was very heavy but no worries they got it in the house. When they left, I was in awe of the new chairs, buffet, and entry table. I know none of this pleasant experience would have been possible if it wasn’t for Cole. I now have a friend/contact as well as a new furniture store that I will continue purchasing from with out reservation, as long as Cole remains there,...

I recently purchased a Desota office chair from Adobe Interiors. Since I live in Wisconsin, everything had to be conducted over the phone. Despite that, it was the best buying experience I have ever had!! I chanced upon Adobe Interiors while searching for quality leather furniture on-line. On my first call, I was greeted by Cole Montgomery, a Designer and Sales Rep. I explained to him what I was looking for and how much space I had in my office. He requested a few photos of my office and then recommended the DeSota chair. It's perfect!! A very high-quality leather chair that is both comfortable and beautiful. Even better than the chair was the customer service, expert advice, and attention to detail that I received from Cole. Easily the best customer service I have ever received. Cole followed up with me even to the day of delivery, calling me from New York, while he was on a trip, to make sure the chair arrived in good shape and that I was totally satisfied. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Montgomery!! I never imagined long distance furniture shopping could be so easy and rewarding! I can’t recommend Adobe Interiors and Cole Montgomery...

Heidi and the staff and Adobe Interiors helped me to conduct a long-distance and top-secret purchase for my beloved “Texas Rose” of 21 years. Heidi remained available during and after normal business hours to help me bring a timeless piece of furniture to our doorstep in an expedited manner.
