It's hard to find good customer service I've been in management for over 30 years and I had terrible customer service at this establishment I sit at the bar I don't tip for bad service the two young ladies that I did come and contact was very rude to me I guess since I wasn't a man and I wasn't they think I wasn't going to spend no money or tip and then I don't even know if it was that I guess they were young but they don't have to make that don't give no excuse to get poor customer service because if you want to tip then you're going to give good customer service that's what I always told and I am a Tipper but there was another young lady she did tell me her name but I done slept since then and I forgot but she was a young lady Caucasian that had tattoos a lot of tattoos so I'm quite sure y'all know who she is I like how she came up to me and asked me was I okay the young lady that did wait on me she never came back to see if I was okay I had to keep calling her about you know I had to send my food back because it wasn't the way I wanted it I had a Caesar salad and 10 Flats of the Wings the Caesar salad was real good my ate that I sent my wings back but then you know I'm like okay where is my wings she went to go check to see if my food was ready but she brought somebody else's food out which is fine but never came and said nothing to me so I had to ask her where you know where's my food oh it's being cooked really so I asked for manager she tried to tell her side of the story and I told the manager let me tell you my side and what's really going on I say the two young ladies at the bar are rude except the one young lady with the tattoos and I'm sorry that's the only way I can identify her that and then guess what I tipped her but I tipped her in cash so I can make sure that the other ladies and getting nothing and that's sad and I didn't even know that Pluckers was there so I don't think it's been there that long maybe a year maybe 2 years I don't know but I started going to that Pluckers instead of going to the one off of 20 in the highlands cuz it's closer to my house but anyway y'all have a great day be blessed and it's so sad that we can't get customer service or places that we eat out places that we go that we spend our hard dollar bills on because everything has went up in 2024 and I require in demand good customer service as you won't get never get no tip...
Read moreThe food was awesome! We had the appetizer sampler and loved that the fried pickles are spears instead of slices like most places. The Buffalo bites were cool and something we hadn't seen elsewhere. My wife was able to order "all flats" for her wing platter, a request often denied at other restaurants. The tenders that I got (even though I had ordered boneless wings) were juicy and tender. The atmosphere was great, too, with a popular college football game and the MLB playoffs on the TVs. The crowd was energetic but not overly boisterous, making it quite enjoyable. Service, though, left something to be desired. When being seated, we were taken to a high table even though my wife is quite short and walks with a cane. We were instead given a regular table, but that still had crumbs from the last party there. Our waitress was sweet but did not check on us very often. While our drinks were prompt, it took about 20 minutes for us to get our appetizers that were ordered with the drinks. On top of that, the "cherry Dr. Pepper" that I ordered came to us tasting of raspberry instead. It was not until the appetizers arrived that anybody came by to whom I could mention the drink issue. The lady who took care of that stated she would make me a new one but cautioned that I might need to stir it - does the bar not shake or stir mixed drinks? Even though we were there for the full halftime and 3rd quarter of the football game, as well as almost half of the 4th quarter, our waitress only checked on us twice, with the second time being at the end of our time there, with us asking for boxes for our leftovers. She asked if we were ready for the tab without an offer of dessert or anything more. Just as we finished boxing our food, she was back to collect the dishes, making us feel as though we were being rushed out even though there were still a number of tables open and no wait. Read moreOrdered online paid online with an 18 min wait came to pick order up 25 mins later was told it'll be a few more minutes 37 mins later a conversation between myself manger Jackson and the 2 ladies at the counter started because atp I've waited 58 minutes for 1 of the ladies to say they have no idea what may have happened to my order 10 mins later Jackson makes it right brings my order half is cold half is not Jackson takes the cold items back 3 mins later comes back apologizes tells me I'll see a full refund within 3 days .Once me and my family get home and start eating we noticed how hard the wings were & decided to eat something else in the frig i call the next afternoon to dicuss my experience i wanted to make sure this was not a simple unfortunate situtuation the lady i spoke with was understanding and offered to replace my order within the next 10 mins I go pick the order up it's completely different looking then the night before even taste better so atp I'm pretty much over the situation until 3 hours later i get a call from a name christian sims and she says " did you get your order because it says theirs a balance of 44$ & your order was picked up but not paid for" i laugh and say ' was it supposed to be paid for " she says "yes ma'am" now I'm annoyed because A im currently at work B what are you talking about & why are you calling a customer from your personal cell phone to discuss a matter between yourself, your manger ,and or the company you work for theirs 0 reason as to why I should've had to tell this lady 3 times "I'm confused by your call" before she realized it was a replacement order smh so I call the actual store back a guy puts me back on with the same lady that replaced the order originally who apologized once again for the confusion stating I'll speak with Christina you don't have a balance ....I'm not sure what the lack of communication is within this Business and it's staff but it's...
