Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Worse customer service ever. Placed an order 2.5 weeks ago and not delivered when told it would be and then misdelivered and treated my brother like he lied to them when he said he didn't receive it. The picture was not even his house. Most insensitive staff I've ever dealt with. This was supposed to bring a little "sunshine" to my brother and his wife on the anniversary of their son being murdered last year. Instead they ruined everything by not delivering, on time...very late and misdelivering. When I called them they didn't even care, very insensitive. They knew the circumstances. No ones desserts are worth insensitivity and lack of customer service. I hope no one treats them as badly as my brother and sister in law were treated today if, God forbid, they lose a child to murder. Shame on them! Do yourself a favor and find a better company to order from.

UPDATE: The company sent a personal note and gift card to my brother and sister in love 1.5 weeks after this review. I have updated my review to 3 stars instead of 2 now. It should have never happened so can't give more stars than 3, but at least they finally apologized and tried to...

I was in a good mood when I entered the store. I bought Bundt-tini's for a wedding rehearsal dinner dessert. I first was disappointed when I was told I had to buy in a dozen proportions. I understand buying in even numbers, but gouging me for more money to make me purchase more than I want? Then, I looked around for a simple chair to sit in and wait for my order to be prepared. NOT ONE PLACE TO SIT FOR A PAYING CUSTOMER! I left mad!!!

Update: Thanks for the management response. I do plan to continue doing business at this location. I'm older and would greatly appreciate a bench, chair or some place to sit and wait for my orders. It is a pleasant...

We all know Nothing Bundt Cake has good cakes. The quality is always good. The cake is always fresh. I’ve ordered their cakes many many times. Some of my Asian family or friends didn’t hear about it before. Or someone doesn’t like cakes. I had them tried it. Now they all love it. I’ve been to this location many times. Today I picked another cake. The girl at the front is always sweet. I didn’t get her name. She has beautiful dark skin and pretty curly hair. She talks softly and politely. I feel very welcome. She should be the role model for all business or this young generation. The boss is really lucky to have an employee...
