Sassy Pantz Boot Boutique — Local services in Fort Worth

If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited them on Saturday, July 19th. While I found the selection of items to be quite charming, I was very disappointed by the level of service received.

When I inquired about the availability of belt buckles, the two staff members on duty appeared dismissive and took an unusually long time to respond. Rather than offering a straightforward answer, one of them suggested I check with neighboring shops.

This interaction left me feeling unwelcome, and I couldn't help but wonder if I didn't fit the typical profile of their clientele or if they are this dismissive with everyone. As a result, I will make sure not to return to this business during my next visit...

Cute stuff, but the couple of girls working were too busy talking amongst themselves to be bothered to speak. I was very turned off by not even being acknowledged.

To the reply... for 1... they didn't speak to anyone that came in after us either. Last year, we had an exceptional experience and spent a few hundred dollars between our group. And 2...it's not a dining experience. It's a boutique... so I don't know what that was...

I just went to sassy Pantz today amazing customer service I have ever gotten at a store Natalie Was helping me out I unfortunately am very very small never can find my size anywhere and I tried on a size 24 The pants fit amazing and Natalie was willing to get my number and my name to get these really nice pair of bellbottoms and look around the store with me SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!!!
