Very cool place still. Lots of options and fun place to walk around. Not much for antiques but lots of other things. A year ago Today.. very retail now. Everything is a little pricey and no antiques really just craft stores, hand made clothes, and very expensive jewelry. The cashier seemed very unfriendly. And the jewelry store the guy and the girl argued allot. Not a very comfy environment anymore. It's just for show now. Some cute stuff thou of that's what you're looking for. Chic retail. 3 years ago..An array of items. Very nicely laid out. Find new items and old. Very large and you can find almost anything. Found what we needed and had a nice time. No pressure. Large checkout. They help you load it. And a large selection of jewelry is in front. I found typical things. Furniture. Lamps. Knicks knacks. Cowboy stuff. They have a jewelry stand that can fix things for you. Very lovely Golden Citrine Jewelers ... You they have wigs. Tons of clothing booths! I added about 80 pics from today March 9 2021. If you want to scan thru them... Tons of items!!! Good 2 to 3 hour walk thru!!

For a thursday the place was pretty full, not so full though that we were waiting to be seated for so long that we almost left. After being shown to a table we were greeted by a complimentary bowl of "toasties" which are like big fantastic croutons. We each got the garden club, which was fantastic. My friends got the iced special tea which they loved, I went with it hot which was ok but for a black tea was steeped WAY to long (super strong). We all got the Garden club ($8.95) which was toasty and delicious. The atmosphere is very nice with all of the fairy lights around the room. My major issue was the desserts, I initially ordered the Chocolate rose petal cake which was a slab of cake with reddi whip and a half of a strawberry (reminiscent of family reunions) and tried the Chocolate Meringue Pie (which tasted like instant pudding covered in meringue) each dessert was $3.95. I personally settled on no dessert after tasting the two aforementioned desserts my friends received. After eating we were given 10% off cards for the mercantile. Could have easily made this at home honestly.

Great tea room!! I had the sampler and it came with ham and mushroom quiche, loaded potato soup, fruit, pumpkin bread, chicken salad and toast points. The rose tea was so refreshing. I would say this is top 3 in Fort Worth area. I absolutely love the shopping and the prices are mostly reasonable. We went to the tea room on Friday around 12 and it was a little busy. They served us very fast and got our food fast. It was packed at 1 when we walked by again. Would recommend!

We are returning satisfied customers to the Rose Garden Tearoom and restaurant. We go here at least once a month for Sunday lunch. Parking and entrance are generally convenient. The parking lot and entrance ramp for wheelchairs needs to be resurfaced because of holes and uneven surface. Inside we are always greeted by the friendly and kind people at the entrance information and check-out center. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. The servers always greet us with a friendly smile. The food is always great. I like the Loa salad; it has fresh fruit and mandarin oranges, pecans, and grilled chicken on fresh lettuce and greens. Quiche and soup are always a special; several choices are available over the weeks. A full entry special is always an option. Their crunchy garlic bread pieces are a great appetizer while waiting for our meals. Their Rose tea is a treat. The restroom is fully wheelchair handicapped accessible. An added bonus is the incredible selection of antiques, artwork, and "treasures" throughout the building. Several display cases show antique and costume jewelry. You will need to return several times to see it all! We are returning...
