Zalat Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

This was my first time ever ordering from Zalat Pizza and from the rating I thought they would provide a good quality pizza. I ordered from them on Uber eats 1/28/23, they had a promo going on for buy one get one free. I was very disappointed. I wasn’t able to get a refund on Uber eats due to the discounted sale, but I feel I need one! Pizza is one of my favorite foods, and all I wanted was a simple cheese pizza. Look at this pizza it looks horrible, this is how it was delivered to me. This pizza literally tasted like I was chewing on cardboard boxes it was HORRIBLE, I couldn’t even finish the pizza. This was my first and will be my last time ordering here, I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. It’s not hard to make pizza, and on top of that there’s no cheese on it at all. After a whole day of walking around the Fort Worth Convention Center for an anime comic con, my pal and I retreated to our hotel room deciding on where to go for a late night dinner. What we didn't realize that the hotel's parking garage was at max capacity; meaning we would have to sacrifice our spot in the garage. Many places wouldn't around the city couldn't deliver food to our hotel site, until we loaded up my DoorDash app & found a pizza place-open long after midnight-that would save us from late night hunger. The wait for the pizza prep time & door dash delivery took a good hour, but in the end, when the pizza finally arrived and retrieved back to our room-we nearly fell head over heals at first sight. For months, my Zalat pizzas were consistently as bad as the customer service! Finally, I was sold a pizza that was so bland and distasteful that I went across the streets from Zalat Pizza and threw it into a garbage can. The quality of the ingredients was lackluster, compared to a much friendlier pizza shop nearby with better food and pricing. At the bottom of my Zalat receipt, it told customers to please give feedback and contact management.
