CAVA — Restaurant in Fort Worth

For the second time in 2 days they are out of ingredients. I ordered both on the app. Yesterday no one informed me, they just simply made the decision to omit the items and not tell me. Today I watched them make it and it wasn’t until I inquired about it being wrong that he tells me and points to the containers “we’re out of all of this.” I told him that must have happened the day prior also and the young kid simply replied with “well I didn’t work yesterday”. Sir you are a representation of the company by working here and your company is charged me the same amount plus additions for a fraction of the product I am promised. This is bad business and unacceptable. 1st experience was at lunch time. The second was at 8pm at night. There is zero excuse and I wasn’t offered anything in exchange or value to compensate for their lack of ability to simply produce what they are promising and and I’m paying for. If I could give 0 stars I would and never look back. I will not be returning to this location and give them any more of my business or recommend to others. 0/10 do...

This is hands down my favorite Cava location and experience. If you haven’t had cava it is the best fast casual chain out there right now. It’s fresher, better quality, and more flavorful than chipotle, sweetgreen etc. I came to this location at 9pm on a weeknight and the service and food was top tier. The night manager Sophia was so nice and welcoming, Josh another employee was helpful and energetic. I had a long day and needed a good meal quickly. They helped me right away and so warm they almost made we want to stay in and eat. They even went so far as to recommend their favorite tea blends. Try the teas!!! Josh nailed it with his lemonade + cucumber lime mix. The portions were generous and it’s a far better deal than similar style places that jack up prices for every add on. This will be the Cava I purposefully come back to for Sophia and Josh alone. Go see them at night and ask for their special drink concoctions. Also cava the new steak is AMAZING! Thank you for making my evening on such a long day.

I ordered online but usually in the email it’ll say where to pick up the food generally. When I got there, there were no pick up signs or station within eye distance so I had to get in line to see where to get my food. Get up there and was told the pick up station is on the other side of the restaurant on a wall around the corner. There was no signs or anything so hopefully they’ll make it more clear in the future for those who may not know. The parking here is bad too but most parking is with businesses near downtown. I got the kids meal with chicken wrap, hummus and pita chips, and a blueberry lemonade (came with the meal). I didn’t get my blueberry lemonade (remembered that while writing this), the pita bread was cold and kind of hard, and I really liked the pita chips because they came out fresh and still hot. I also liked the flavor of the hummus but you get a very small cup for around $4. Not sure if I’ll be back but if I do I’ll go super early when they open to get...
