So first thought this place was awesome until I bought a cart that had something i was allergic to. I figure I'll call I'm positive they would replace it with another flavor (one I know I'm not allergic to) I know a few better dispos that would gladly. Unfortunately nope. I was even told if the cart was defective we could do something. So to sum it up. If your cart simply doesn't work they will gladly help. If you find out it harms you or your allergic they have no issue taking your money and acting like it never happened. That's ok though they will be very well known far beyond a review for uow well they truly treat there patients. Also to the manager who gave her name until after I brought up the fact I'm about to make this topic spread you are the manager of a dispensary if you are doing nothing wrong why is it such an invasion of privacy to just get your first name. Which by the way I only wanted so when I said have a nice day I could address you appropriately. Seems a little shady though. Regardless yall buy at your own risk. Your health means absolutely nothing to these people only the cash you bring through the door. Reply away if you even do sol. Read moreI’ve never had a problem at either of these stores and I’ve been to all of them. Today my regard for this dispensary has changed drastically. I went to the Casas adobes one a bit last minute and the elder associate there was just rude as can be. I came to this one hoping for a better experience and the little girl behind the counter had no clue anything about the flower she was “attempting” if you can even call it that to sell. She let me look at three things and lost interest and it seemed like it was almost a chore just to get her to do her job. Which is just all to common nowadays. To top it off I purchased two half’s normally the quality is decent I’ve tried most of the most wanted ones and have been branching into the regular ones which most have been decent however one of the half’s I purchased tasted like dried Bermuda grass just horrid filthy thing might as well have been a cigarette I couldn’t even finish the joint I rolled for Pete’s sake and I can’t even give the shit away. I’m surprised somebody with a botany degree and pride in what they do bagged this up and tried to sell it to people for almost 50$ a half is beyond me. Read moreI was going to easily give them five stars because I thought I had a great experience there and I really liked the atmosphere. But once I got home and started looking at the product , everything went downhill. I asked them specifically for sativa and a sativa leaning hybrid. The budtender said that's what I was getting but when I got home I found that their stickers and packaging don't say whether it's a sativa or indica or a hybrid or anything . After looking it up and calling the store to speak to the assistant general manager, come to find out I ended up with one sativa leaning hybrid and one straight hybrid. I didn't want anything straight hybrid and I didn't get the sativa that they said this was. It's a real trust issue when they refused to label these things properly. Then we're all depending on the budtenders personal knowledge and memory to make the right decision. And if they don't, too bad legally there's no returns. The GM did offer an exchange and tried to work with me which is why I'm at least giving two stars but, this should never happen in the first place .
