I will absolutely never give them my business again. We went in today and the lady working was INCREDIBLY rude. I had my parents, my 9 month old and two year old with me. My two year old picked a stuffed animal and was simply holding/snuggling it, when the lady walked over and grabbed it out of her hand stating "I don't want it near any children's mouth." I apologized and continued looking. My toddler then picked up a plastic pair of goggles...and once again was just looking at them and the lady came over, again snatched them out of her hand and stated "I'd like it if you didn't break my merchandise, okay?" I was absolutely stunned. My daughter was being extremely well behaved- she was just looking at the toys and this lady was horrible to her. I picked her up, calmly stated that we would be leaving and that we prefer to give our business to The Little Cottage (another children's boutique down the road.) So very sad- however it was a great opportunity to teach my soon to be 3 year old about how we treat others with kindness and respect even when they don't treat us the same way in return. Wonderful Baby and Children's Store located near the Hotel in Downtown Franklin. They have a great selection of Newborn through toddler clothing and some really unique toys. The toys are not all flashing lights but those designed as learning toys that manage to captivate the child's attention. They are great! They do some unique and beautiful Monograms with Clothing Specifically designed for Monograms. The owner and her husband are more than delightful and so willing to go above and beyond to help you find what you need. I have found some really beautiful clothing and toys there for my granddaughter including the most perfect Notre Dame Outfit the owner practically designed and Monogrammed.
