Windsor — Local services in Fredericksburg

I have been in this Windsor a couple of times and have never been greeted or helped, they just look at you almost wondering why you are there at all, a lot of their clothes are incredibly cheap and poorly made in my opinion anyways, also over priced for the quality...I have tried giving that store a chance on multiple occasions but have always had a negative experience. They hang their clothes high which requires assistance to have them taken down to look at or try on too and employees are always seemingly trying to avoid you like the plague. So I've had to judge what I am able to look at and hold myself and none if it was great quality. Poor quality clothes and poor quality customer service. That store is like... Honestly just ratchet and low class as far as I'm concerned, I tell friends and family to avoid it and I never go there anymore... Like why bother, you know you're just going to be disappointed.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Tiffany at Windsor for providing one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in looking for a shirt to match a skirt I had just purchased there for a girls’ night out, and Tiffany was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

She was so personable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping me feel confident in what I was wearing.
