I love AARONS in Freeport iL, Alex helped me out so much. The weekend of the super bowl I had planned a large super bowl party at the Alono Club in freeport. This is a place where men, women, and children come for meetings for recovery. 2 Days before the party our TV had went out.And of course all i could think of is where I could have it and anyone's house would of just bee to small. So I stopped by AARONS in freeport. And my sales person was ALEX. we are a non profit organization so we have no money to buy a new TV. I had asked ALEX if he thought our club could borrow a big screen TV just for that day. Alex did not waste anytime calling who he need to. To find out if he could do that for us. And they were ok with that, ALEX got us a 70 in TV. AARONS delivered it on SATURDAY at 1:00pm and hooked it all up. We watched one of the best super bowls ever. It was amazing to everyone there what AARONS had done for are club. On Monday AARONS picked up the TV to take it back. I have never been into AARONS before thar day. I will certainly be back there and the only AARONS i will ever go to. If it were possible that anyone of your employees could get a BONUS for being so great at the Freeport store. There was a lot of people that are so thankful for what he had done. Several of the people there had no where else to go to watch the super bowl Thank you so much AARONS in Freeport IL. As far as review I was greeted at the door by a very pleasant man named Matt. I was in dire need of a new washer and dryer quickly as mine had failed in the past week. He asked me specifically what I needed. He walked me back to the department let me look around on my own, not hovering over me, giving me time to look over what they had in stock what they had in stock. While he patiently waited for me to ask questions. I had determined by what they had in stock that I was going to make a purchase of new ones. I just had a gut feeling which was a good feeling about Matt in the establishment that he was going to treat me fairly and honestly. He then showed me new units I said I wanted to sleep on it but before I ever walked out I knew I’d be back to make the purchase from him personally. HE SOLD ME! Returning the following day I came in with the money I’ve been saving for four years as I am disabled and then employed, ask for Matt gave me a fabulous deal even offer me a doughnut Yum! Signed papers all set and ready to be delivered the following Monday . I guess to some it up in one word I was excited! Looking forward to my brand new washer and dryer this coming week and I was assured that if I have any hassles Matt would help me.. Thank you Matt you were wonderful! OK we’re done and...

Update: I am moving to a new house and today Aaron's rental sent two of their movers to move my 5 piece bedroom set and washer and dryer to our new house. Boston and London showed up on time and super polite. It was a big job for the two of them,moving big,awkward furniture down pretty narrow stairs..they did a great job! Then then once they got to the new house they had to do it all over again...back up stairs and reassemble...not only did they set it up but also arranged it very nicely for my daughter. Both the boys were very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They definitely deserve praise for their hard work and professionalism.
