Deli Delicious #29 - N Street/ Downtown Fresno — Restaurant in Fresno

Went into deli delicious. Was the only one there. I ordered my food, I asked for salad pickles on the side and specifically said I want 6 of them. Cashier rung them up. My meal was 20$. I got my food, went to my car.. checked my bag and no pickles. I went back into deli delicious, told the lady they forgot to place my pickles in the bag. She said “oh sorry, we were supposed to charge you $1 for them” I said ok? So instead of telling me that you just don’t place them in my bag? I clearly paid for everything else willingly. By this time my card was in my car. I’m 4 months pregnant, it’s hot outside and they are demanding for me to pay if I want them. I told them if i was rung up to pay for them, I would have! They say ok well you want to speak to a manager. And the manager just stared at me didn’t approach me. At first the service was great, but after I ordered it got busy and they got overwhelmed and couldn’t even do something simple as give me pickles. It’s the principle of the situation. Ordered 2 pastrami sandwiches and I must say I am extremely disappointed. One thing I don’t like is for someone to play with my food and man did this location rubbed me the wrong way. Spent $25 and got the smallest sandwiches I could’ve ever seen. I literally could’ve made this at home. Presentation was sloppy bread extremely soggy, barely anything on the sandwiches. Call the store to let them know in a professional way and the manger told me she put 5 pieces of pastrami on each sandwich when I swear to you there was two pieces plus I got one piece of salami and one little pepperoni. I am very serious about my food and I don’t complain. Say no tomatoes they put tomatoes I will easily take it off but this is not ok. I am extremely disappointed in my sandwiches. I was highly disappointed in staff today. If you cannot handle a influx of people during lunch time in downtown area of Fresno then you shouldn't be operating there. First I was sent to the express pick up line to order food because they were so busy, which is fine except they didn't account for all the people who ordered online who were picking up there so It ended up slowing down that line and I would of gotten my order in sooner if they would of left me and others behind me in the original line. Then my order never gets called after 11 minutes. I notice people who were behind me had gotten their food, I ask what the wait is on my and they lost the order ticket.... They were unwilling to get the manager while I was there in order to compensate me in some way for the inconvenience because they were too busy, so they took my number, though I doubt I...
