If I could give 0 stars I would. The cashier was the rudest person I have encountered. Would not recommend shopping here. When checking out I had a few items one being a pair of shorts that had a hole and stain. I had asked if she would offer a discount since the shorts were damaged. She stated she would not sell them then and she would donate them instead. I told her I was willing to pay for them just for a discounted price since it was damaged. Pricing is awfully high on all the items and then to get to the register only to find out she decides the price on some items for an even higher price as she feels. At this point she was snappy and rolling her eyes at me. I said never mind I will take my business elsewhere. Sad that this stuff is donated and I was trying to do good for the environment and this was the service I received. Will not be back. I am a local here and you missed out on having a dedicated shopper due to your attitude. Please be kind and nice to your shoppers as they are the ones that keep you...
ย ย ย Read moreUsed to regularly shop here, but now I'm just disappointed every time I walk in. Had my final day trying to shop there yesterday, after seeing multiple items disgustingly overpriced. I think it's time for a name change of this store, since it's no longer considered "thrift". It's a wannabe boutique resale shop, the owner blatantly looked up a pair of Lulu joggers that weren't priced, and then wanted to charge $25... Any "thrift" I have ever been to has set prices regardless of name brand on pants / shirts / etc. TREASURES?? I think not. Used to feel that way, but this place has gotten out of hand, and is losing repeat customers, as well as donors because of the GREED. Get real, No wonder your store is trashed with storage bins- because you can't move product at the prices you're trying to sell it. Sad to have lost what once was a gem thrift for a county/community of people struggling to make it by, in such an expensive town. I'd give zero...
ย ย ย Read moreIm big into thrifting, I travel often & always stop at different thrift stores on the way. This place surely was a 10/10 that won't be forgotten.I loved the vibe and atmosphere. They literally have little bit of anything & everything which is my favorite types of thrift stores. And the PRICES WOW! Especially considering most of what I saw & bought was great brands for super cheap!! Besides that, this hands down was the BEST customer service I've ever received. We had a mix up with a pair of boots I was supposed to buy, so I called & left a voicemail. The next morning the owner personally reached out and took their time to hunt down & find the boots for me. I rarely write reviews but after my experience I couldn't help but share. Seeing how much time & dedication they put in to their business & how much they truly care about their customers speaks volumes! Nothing gets better than that. If you're in town I highly recommend...
