A&A Pet Supply is hands down the best pet store I’ve ever been to! The entire staff is incredibly helpful and kind, but the real heart of this shop is the owner, Sarah. She is one of the most knowledgeable, genuine, and caring people you could ever hope to meet when it comes to pet care. I get everything for both my cat and dog here—high-quality food, enrichment toys, healthy training treats, and all the gear like harnesses, lickimats, and training gear, they have the most extensive selection. Recently, my cat has been very sick and I was struggling to get her to eat. Sarah went above and beyond to help me figure out options to entice her to eat, offering thoughtful recommendations and sharing her deep expertise. Her kindness and support have meant the world to me. I was also blown away to learn that A&A Pet Supply offers special after-hours visits for reactive dogs, giving them a safe and positive way to experience the store without stress. Response to owner... Thank you for being prompt, really appreciate. Yes I got discount for new rescue & tag. Did get things I needed for this challenge rescue dog as I'm 2nd on out of Fairplay in which the environment was not good for him with roomates & other dogs, he is highly reactive 115lbs Akita, he's doing good and fine on rural land, again, I have extensive background, was not even looking for a dog but felt previous owner & him needed help rather then shelter again. Kinda talked into, lol. No regrets! I'll stop in for food again as he does need sensitive which you have or I did get in science diet large breed formula. I understand shortage of employees, worked retail many years as owner/management, hope it gets better for you. I definitely support local.

I absolutely love it here. Today was my first day and I came in looking for a specific dog food but first I looked around. I love all the quality products and brands that they carry. All of my favorite. I was approached by an employee who helped me with questions on some of the dog packs and vests. My dog Archer was so happy with the amount of toys and treats they had but of course we were on a mission for better dog food. I was looking at the one I was interested in but I must have looked confused because two employee came to me to help talk about the food I was looking at.
