Colisco Wearables — Local services in Frisco

Today we purchased a $75.00 backpack and while my fiancé was purchasing our 2 year old son managed to squeeze a pump out of a BabyBum shampoo and wash product. The pump bottle product was of course displayed at floor level where a 2 year old can easily access it.

Now out of courtesy and accountability I grabbed the bottle and brought it to the attention of the cashier selling my fiancé the expensive backpack. The cashier decided that we needed to pay for the $10 bottle of baby wash, no problem, but where is the accountability of the business? She should have offered the baby wash at a negotiated discount, or better yet put it on a discount shelf and also put pump bottle products on a shelf that is not ground level for easy 2 year old access.

We returned the backpack and as locals we do not intend on doing business with Colisco anymore. There is a sign on the front of the store that says “Dogs welcome, Children must be on a leash”. From our experience the sign should actually say NO...

Had $300+ of merchandise at the register to purchase. While the lady at the register was entering my items into the system, she asked me if I wanted to buy a bag to put my items in for $0.25. When I questioned that, she stated that it’s due to the tax within the city which was not accurate considering we had been to several other stores and did not have to buy our bags when we purchased. I cancelled my purchase and left, went on Vuori website and the items I had to purchase from this store were priced lower. As an owner of a gift and home retail store, they wanted to charge $0.25 for a $0.01 bag that I purchase for my store. Poor business practices. They also wouldn’t let my 6yo use their restroom- we walked 2 doors down to a restaurant and they were pleased to let us use...

A shopping spree at Colisco Wearables is always a must when in Frisco. I find something for myself and my husband with top of the line athletic outdoor wear.. cute skirts and tops, fun socks, t-shirts & head wear. I just experienced online shopping at their website. Ordered a blue cashmere sweater I love the quality of the cashmere. As others have mentioned the gift bags for men, women or children are full of surprises and makes gift giving...
