Rivers Clothing Company — Local services in Frisco

After purchasing $600 + worth of merchandise, the two sales attendants wouldn’t let my sister use the restroom. I don’t have a public restroom in my office either but when my customers come in and spend money at my business, guess what? I let them use my bathroom. They also had no idea how to redeem our gift card and it took forever to check out. They acted like the gift card was a huge imposition. I feel like returning everything we bought just to teach them a lesson in hospitality. If you want the two sales ladies from “Pretty Woman” (if you know you, you know) go to Rivers. I won’t be back.

Edit: Responding to the owner, “while we do have guidelines about restroom access, it is to help protect our staff and provide them with a good working environment.” Wow. LOL. I’ll have to remember that one.

Not really sure how my sister (who just spent $600 + at your store) using your restroom would pose a threat to your staff’s working environment, but whatever. The bathroom thing I could forgive but the rudeness and cluelessness at checkout was just unacceptable. I’ll just come back and return everything we bought.

I am a homeowner who has shopped here for years. Today I was in and was purchasing a $90 skirt when I asked if they offered a local’s discount. (I never thought to ask before). In response the gal asked if I had a “local ID”? I replied that my ID was issued in Fort Collins. This gal went on to then tell me that I was “getting a petty good deal because this [the skirt] is really two pieces”. Wow! Thanks! I know what I was buying, that’s why I buy them!
