See's Candies — Local services in Frisco

Been going to See's since I was a child. This location isn't bad, just wish they would train new/seasonal (holiday help) employees better.

Today the new staff person took what felt like 10 min. filling our 1 lb. box, didn't offer a sample, either (we had to ask). Other staffers were bustling around but didn't offer to help the new trainee much until check out (several agonizing minutes later).

Also, the very young greeter at the door perkily asked, "What brings you to See's today?" which was like the dumbest question ever? Our response, "Umm, chocolate?!?" Like why else would we be at See's, for french fries and burgers?

Needless to say, the chocolates we bought were fresh...

This place has very friendly employees who will work with you to get exactly what you want in exactly the right quantities. Candy is ALWAYS fresh and you can also have a free piece of candy of your choice while you shop. If they offer a kind you do not like and you tell them what you DO like, they will get a piece of that and give it to you. Often they will give you a coupon for a future purchase like $5 off $25 - and $25 is not hard at ALL to spend here! Highly recommend the Awesome Peanut Brittle Bars and the Cafe...
