My husband bought me a couple pair of pants for Mother’s Day. They don’t quite fit how I like, so we went to take them back. First of all the store was supposed to open at 12. The lady was literally staring at us at the door but didn’t open until 10 minutes after 12. Then we came in and went right to the counter. The manager and the other lady were just looking at us. Finally the lady comes over and asks do we need help. We explain the situation and she immediately says we can’t return the items without a receipt. I get it. I’m in retail so I wasn’t upset about that, it was just irritating because the manager is the one who rung my husband up and helped him when he originally purchased the items and she acted like she didn’t remember, until he went into detail. Then it was well you can do an exchange. This is not somewhere I generally shop (it was the thought that counts). I felt rushed to pick a couple items all because they didn’t want to give me a credit. I picked out the only two halfway decent looking items and left. As I was leaving the lady was real snarky about the receipt. It was literally $25. And I normally would just brush it off but the attitude of the manager and lady really annoyed me. And from the looks of the comments it’s not the first time she’s been...
Read moreHorrible customer service. Emily and the store manager are very unhelpful and lack good customer service. They sold me a shirt full of holes because of the tags they removed when I was checking out and refused to even exchange it for a shirt that doesn’t have holes because I lost my receipt. I threw my receipt away because I wasn’t planning on returning as I never return anything. They both talked to me as if I was an ignorant person and were condescending, mind you I am a bank manager and have a masters degree, $10 isn’t going to kill my pocket, I’ll donate it and move on. But will never give you my...
Read moreI normally love shopping at this store but after my experience today I won't be back. I tried to shop and enjoy myself but apparently it's ok for the employees to stand in a group and laugh and point at customers to the point where they're rushing out of the store because they're that uncomfortable. It's one thing to be discreet about it but to blatantly talk about customers who frequently spend money there is ridiculous. There's one employee in particular who was acting as the "ring leader" of this but I won't name any names because unlike her I have some class to not humiliate her. I definitely won't...
