If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I just went today and and bought a computer monitor, we asked the guy that works in the store before we purchased if there was a warranty or if something breaks can we bring it back. The guy that works there told us yes we can bring it back and they will have their technician repair. We went home and plugged the monitor up and the monitor had a big crack in it, we took it back to the store this is all in the same day and the same guy now tells us he cannot take the monitor back as it will be a loss to their store, but it was already a loss because the monitor wasn’t working when they sold it to us.
