If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I just went today and and bought a computer monitor, we asked the guy that works in the store before we purchased if there was a warranty or if something breaks can we bring it back. The guy that works there told us yes we can bring it back and they will have their technician repair. We went home and plugged the monitor up and the monitor had a big crack in it, we took it back to the store this is all in the same day and the same guy now tells us he cannot take the monitor back as it will be a loss to their store, but it was already a loss because the monitor wasn’t working when they sold it to us. Please stay away from these crooks, I would avoid this store...

Got my son’s iPad fixed for a road trip and the first time I pushed the button it came out of place. I called left voicemails and took a pic of it as soon as i noticed it and brought it back to the store when we got home from vacation and they wanted to charge me to get it fixed. They said it was my fault even though I had proof of when I noticed it. The owner only cared about of his tech was going to get paid not about customer service.
