Started to walk in the store at 6:55 because it’s my toddler’s favorite store. She just wanted to look after we ate, didn’t plan to buy anything. The store had people in it and the lady working was piercing ears. As we started to walk in she said oh we closed 2 minutes ago which my husband then asked at 6:53? Which the lady didn’t respond to.. That’s an odd closing time when google says they close at 7. So you’re telling me you’re ok with seeing my toddler standing outside crying her eyes out not understanding why some people can be in there but she can’t.. My wife and I brought my 4yr old in to have her ears pierced, she was very excited but as we started the process she got very nervous and scared. The employee, Lisa, was VERY patient with her, she talked to Ava and walked her through everything she needed to do and told her it was ok and that she was brave, and my daughter relaxed and didn’t even cry.
