Customer service isn’t appreciated- Brittany does not communicate with her staff and doesn’t relay messages. They are very aggressive and annoying when it comes to little payments missed or you being a little late. They’ll hound you over a $1. My washer wasn’t working several time and Brittany took forever to either get it fixed or respond to me and then gets aggravated when there’s no payment will I wonder why- funny you want payment for something that doesn’t work right. Had to have my couch replaced literally after just getting it because it fell apart- Brittany made me help her guys unload and load the couches - I should’ve never done that because I wasn’t ever given anything for it- she claims she’s always out of employees but the old man Alan doesn’t do anything but sit in the office and call people 1.1 million times a day- they make a poor young kid do it all - she sends employees to your house after hours harassing you in there own personal vehicle - had to call police because he wouldn’t leave - yelling at me through the door and scared my kids and wife - they’re beyond unprofessional and want to just collect money for junk! I have home security to show and texts messages for anyone whom would like to see- they always put this on your credit without consent and or permission which my Legal time will be working on! He is a man of his word and goes above and beyond ( no matter what store he is in even after your initial call) to make sure that his quote,description,delivery time,date of delivery etc...meets your expectations and is convenient for you and your schedule. Reviews on here speak for themselves however the couple reviews I seen I have never had any issues with bugs and any of my items purchased and if you make your payments they won't harass you for payment they will simply say thank you and maybe even remind you of your next due date so you don't forget. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. If I ever had issues with items they would immediately respond and have it repaired or fixed with no delay. They are a rent to own company so the property isn't yours until it's paid for so no you can't keep it if you don't pay for it. They 100% beat all other rent to...
