Big Fat Zero stars for me! First, we drove by and saw the shop, big sign says Shark World, Everything 9.99 or less. Tried googling anything and everything close to it🤷‍♀️. Finally backtracked until we found it. We are big souvenir shoppers! I can’t tell you a time we’ve left any souvenir shop spending less than $100, usually closer to $200. So my family (myself, my daughter and her husband, and my twin grand daughters) walks into the empty store. One man standing behind the counter, not friendly, no welcome to the store, nothing, just frowning as we enter. We start looking and notice all the prices are well over 9.99, practically nothing less than $30, so my daughter ask “Is there a 9.99 section”, the guy, still frowning practically yelling says “It’s all 9.99”, when my daughter tries to comment either there are no price tags or well over 30, he yells “NO, you shouldn’t be looking at the tags then”. We say thank you for explaining. (I was thinking, “maybe if you greeted us when coming in, you could have added ‘all items are 9.99, unless the price tag is lower’”, so we start looking at shirts and hoodies and notice that the sizing is way off! My daughter normally wears a small but holding up a large, in the adult section, that is entirely too small. We then hear the man yelling again and my grand daughter with a terrified look on her face. We ask what just happened, my grand daughter was too shocked or stunned to speak. Finally the man answers my daughter and says “She was playing with the toy”. Really? In the rack of toys that are for sale??? Seriously, no exaggeration, my grand daughters can be quiet and almost shy when in public. She picked up a fidget spinner. And instead of the person speaking to the parents of a child, he took it upon himself to yell and scold a child?!?! So not only was the toy, that we were going to buy, put back, we left the store! I was planning of getting something for all of us plus complete our shopping of things to bring back for others! Way to screw up your own sales “Shark World” ! And, just fyi, others have commented on the food, there was no food that we saw. Just...

Shirts and hoodies are mixed up, so it is nearly impossible to find one your size. The hats have been sitting so long that most of them have bleaching or staining on them. The store says 9.99 or less outside and has MANY items over 9.99.

The WORST part is the magnets I saw woth confederate flags that said "the south will rise again".

This place is an absolute travesty and embarrassment. Get rid of the racist magnets, organize your clothes, take down the misleading signs, and throw away the trash merchandise.

It's a hidden gem, for certain. Lots of clothing options for really great prices. Staff is friendly, has good food and a full kitchen. Offers Golfcart rentals for a good price. Family owned and very good... great place for good deals on summertime wear. Also has a Tshirt printing service that they will work with you on and they will let you print onto your own clothing if you bring it in.
