Everything we tasted was classic excellence. Gins 1, 2 & 3 were all different and very good. Gin 1 had more Dutch Auld Jenevere flavors and excellent neat. Gin 2 was drier and would work well in cocktails. Gin 3 was sort of halfway between the two. We also tried the rum and vodka. Both unusual and top notch. We had the Cosmo and Maitai cocktails. Owner Tim does them perfectly with classic recipes.
Finally, we had a preview taste of his soon to be bottled absinthe. OMG. So good.
We would have bought a bottle of gin 1 to take home to California but he was out of the prepared bottles. Oh well....

Front half is a bar with plenty of seating, and the back half is his private distillery. I like Gin, after I sampled Gin Vol 1, 2, and 3, I purchased a bottle of Vol 2 to take home.
