Sun Time Watersports — Local services in Galveston

My first time to Galveston and I didn't know anyone or where to go. I did manage to find my way to the dock and the Historical District after Googling, what to do in Galveston..;) I quickly discovered that Galveston is geared and ready for tourist. Luckily, there is plenty of street parking close by and it was just a short walk over to Sun Time Watersports. I purchased my ticket on line while laying around the hotel room. When I walked up it was as if they new me. Everyone was so friendly. The boat left on time and the crew was just as friendly as well as informative. Beside pointing out the Dolphins the drew you attention to points of interests along the way which, I especially like because I was wondering what I was going to do with the rest of the day. I can’t rate the actual cruise as I never went on it but I’m rating their customer service. My husband and I had a sunset cruised booked this past weekend, and unfortunately discovered we were unable to go. We knew we had to give notice so days before we started calling. In the 2 days beforehand my husband must have called 50 times. No answer. No ability to leave a voicemail. No email provided. Therefore no way to cancel. I almost feel it is a scam. They say you can cancel 24 hours in advance, however there is no way to get ahold of them to actually cancel. So now we are out the money and never even experienced the cruise. So a warning to anyone else who may be booking and thinking you can cancel if needbe. Save...

We took our grandkids out on the Dolphin Cruise and they had an absolutely awesome time. They were able to see multiple dolphin sightings on all 4 sides of the boat, the ships, and enjoy being on the water and boat for the first time. They say their favorite thing was the "sunken pirate ship" and all the dolphins. As grandparents of 12 grandkids, we will definitely be taking this cruise more. We booked our tickets 1 week in advance, and scheduled a weekday cruise at 5:00 PM making sure it was not crowded.
