Went in the store today and it will be the first and last I ever go there. The lady behind the counter was ridiculous. I came in with two little toddlers, first thing she said was “oh they have food” with a attitude. I said yes just a snack (it was a few veggies straws on their stroller trays) she then kinda looked aggravated. A few minutes later my kids started getting fussy as most toddlers do , I was dealing with them and she proceeds to make un needed aggravated expressions , sighs etc followed by saying “can I help you find something in here to make your trip here faster” with nothing but a attitude. I said no I’m just looking and she then give a sigh of aggravation. I told her I’m sorry your getting aggravated with my kids, they are kids tho , and I’ll leave since my presence has been made known very well with the attitude and signs that I’m not wanted in the store. I had left with disgust followed by another customer who ended up telling me in the wine shop a few doors down that she was in there and left because of the unprofessional behavior of the worker and how she was acting and telling me my kids were just being kids and she should of understood verses been aggravated by it. Shame on this worker, she lost me and numerous other people as customers with her attitude. and it seems by looking at previous reviews views this is a pattern and no one will do anything or care about this behavior. If you don’t want kids in the store then post a huge sign on the door. Shame on...

Labor day weekend we paid a visit to this shop. The store was packed and the lady running the store was busy but made time to speak and explain products to every person.

Personally she answered several questions and was great. I seen an item that I wanted to get but figured I would come back later.

I returned 2 days later to grab the item I had wanted, when i walked in we made eye contact and she recognized me immediately Two days of lots of traffic and she can still remember me, very impressed. Once again service spot on, small talk about incense, the shipping restrictions happening from India on sandlewood and just overall a great person. This is a fantastic place and would highly recommend her as her service is above most people in a tourist town and has items of most cultures for your...

Lovely place, but disappointed the hours online are not accurate...says it was open yesterday until 8pm...arrived a few minutes before 7pm and they were closed. Really wanted to go today but I am not receiving an answer when I call them before making the long trip there for us. But again, the store itself is great, the management not so much 🤷‍♂️

Update: Thank you for your response. We actually did knock. We'll always return, as we did yesterday and support your business. The hours really should be adjusted on this site for the season, nothing more annoying than making a trek to a location that says it's open. I'm not one to complain much but that's a pet peeve on my end, just something to consider for your customers. All...
