I was at the store about a month ago. I bought two sweaters and some bracelets. When I got up to the front I got my card out and I paid for the things. The lady informed me that my card did not go through and tried to get me to run my card again for the full amount for some reason I had a strange feeling so I checked my bank account and it just so happened that the full amount had already been pulled from my account, She went back-and-forth with me saying that the transaction was not taken out, even though it was saying it was on my end, but I was having a hard time believing that because my bank would have mark it as pending if it hadn’t come out. She had to call her manager and Guess what! It had taken my money, I’m not sure if they were intentionally trying to get me to pay twice, or if it was...

This location was amazing. Employees were friendly, not invasive or obstructive. When I was asked if I needed help, I declined and proceeded to look around the shop with my husband.

Some items were quite pricey, like the “7-day” candles for $17+. I did manage to help clear out a few items from the clearance area.

They allowed me to shop at my leisure and when I asked about locations/shipping/online shopping, the employee was very friendly and answered all of my questions without issue.
