DO. NOT. GO. HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my boyfriend and I are newly 21 years old. A worker named ANGELA, don’t forget that name… ANGELA denied the both of us because she judged us based on what we looked like. She scanned both of our IDs and they both scanned as they should have. She denied us based on our looks, she completely profiled us and embarrassed us in front of the entire store. She never once asked us a question about our IDs, she was beyond rude. When we told her we would get the cops to verify our IDs, she mocked us and laughed at us. When we asked for a manager, he was somewhat nice. I can understand why he would take the side of his employee, but when we were talking to him she was behind him mocking us and making comments and faces to us the entire time. He did not even give us a chance to explain what happened, he blindly believed the woman that had been mocking and making fun of us. The service here was ridiculously awful. If you want to be made to look like a fool then you can go here. Remember the name ANGELA. We have reported this facility and the woman to corporate and we have verified our driver’s license number with them to prove our age so hopefully they will deal with her so the service can be somewhat acceptable at this location and customers won’t feel uncomfortable when entering the location. It’s very sad honestly that every single other place on the Gatlinburg strip had extremely nice and welcoming employees when we entered their facilities, but this time the employee was obviously miserable and has to take it out on their customers. Angela, you’re pathetic and we will continue to report you (: Please do not support...
Read moreMy wife tasted some excellent wines while in Gatlinburg. This was the best Pinot Grigio she had ever had. We even bought some to bring home. Their Pinot Grigio, was as clear as water and tasted so good. I ordered 6 bottles to give to my wife as a Christmas present. It arrived and I ended up giving it too her early. That's when the disappointment set in. She opened a bottle and it was not what we had in Gatlinburg. It tasted like a Chardonnay, which my wife detest, and it was golden yellow. I've emailed Little Bear Winery, no reply. I've attempted to call, which went to a voice-mail box that is full. For $120 I would at least expect some sort of reply, yet I have received no reply. Extremely disappointed and hope no one else has to waste or money on purchasing something they don't want or like. And the disappointment on my wife's face broke my heart, as she was so excited when she opened the present, then to taste that awful taste of a...
Read moreA nice place for a taste of wine - even though we are not into the fruity kind of wines. Nice persons working there.
I can see that the winery’s response to my review is that they are happy that I had an amazing time. I would like to say that it is a exaggeration. It was not amazing. We got what we paid for. The tasting plastic glasses were as small as they come. So it is not like at wineries in California of France where you taste their wines in normal wine glasses. This place - as at the other wineries in town - let people taste (shot) 4-5 wines for free. And for about 5 USD you can taste 10-12 wines in very small plastic glasses. A tasting takes about 4-6 minutes and then you are out again. It was nice to also taste Little Bear Winery wines - but it was not an amazing experience - just good - and what was expected in Gatlinburg. No...
