Very disappointed...would give no stars if that were an option! We bought several items (sweatshirts, headbands, bookmarks, rain coats, pencil pouches....loaded up early for Christmas) and all turned out just fine, except one. We had a sweatshirt that the logo was slightly off center. We did not inspect it when we went in to pick up our items....should have! My sister in law went back the next day and showed it to the only worker "Brandon", after much go around, he finally agreed to redo the monogram but needed me to go in for the order. I drove back the next day (and actually had a list of other items we planned to purchase for birthdays) but was told by Brandon that the "owners" said the monogram was correct color on correct item and they would not reprint! Did not matter that it was off center! Only a $34 sweatshirt and we felt that for all the other money we had spent as well as our time driving to and from the store (half hour each way), they should have corrected the item. As, I said we did not inspect it when we picked it up but nor were we told to....just handed the bag and off we went! I asked for manager (there is none) and then asked for owners contact (they don't give that out) so I left my number and name....four days later, no call! Customer service is severely lacking!    Read moreI went into the store on dec 3. Ordered and paid for a baby blanket with my grandsons name on it. I was told to return in 1 hour to pick it up. When I came back the machine was broken and the lady said she would ship it out first thing Monday. I was told I would receive tracking info on Monday. I've tied calling and email with no response. So now it's Wednesday morning and I'm disputing the charge. I'm very disappointed. I've shopped in this store several times and now I will never go back.
UPDATE: I finally received my blanket, and it came before Christmas so i am happy. The quality is top notch. I finally made contact with an owner; I assume, who insisted I keep the blanket as a gift and as an apology. I really didn't want anything for free! But i appreciate the gesture. And after a short explanation that they have just acquired the business a few months ago and are having great difficultly getting the website and Google corrected with new information; I am understanding of those difficulties. I was making a decision about the thread and my toddler was crying. The man behind the counter then informed us that he would need to go outside. Misunderstanding what he said she thinking it would make him stop if he was outside, my husband said yes I will take him in a minute she is just making a decision. The man said no you will need to leave. I promptly told him my decision was made and that I was not giving my business to anyone who was frustrated with my child and handled it rudely.
