Customer Service. Male employee working Dec. 29. 2019 was a bit rude. I had enquired about some prints. His response was that he was in the middle of working with someone else and his attitude toward me, I felt as though he was a bit irritated that I had asked. I didn’t know he was working with someone else. There was no one else standing there at the time I was there waiting for an employee to come over to the the print area. When the employee showed up, I didn’t see another customer until after I had enquired about the prints and he had responded and as I turned the lady had apparently followed him around and was behind me. After the employee’s response, he never offered to help me after he finished with his customer at the moment. I stuck around long enough to listen to them not be able to find her name in the database and for her to not even know the origin of her own name. So after being snapped at and then completely ignored, I just decided to not even bother with having any prints made, I put the shirt that I had planned on purchasing back down and talked myself out of looking at anything else in that store and I left. I would have bought my own surname prints, which by the way, unlike the customer being helped, I do know the origins of (Scottish) and possibly would have even purchased my husband’s (Welsh). I’m not saying she shouldn’t have been helped, but acknowledging your next customer would be nice. I visit this store every time we vacation here but after today I don’t plan on...
Read moreEdited to respond to the owner: No, there wasn't a sign for the convenience fee. When I came in to talk to your employees, the tall skinny guy with dark hair said you don't have a sign. The fee is just something you do. His exact words. I'm not concerned about a dollar. I'm annoyed over the fact that I was inquiring about the high total amount and your employees didn't speak up. Unfortunately no, I won't be back. I don't trust your employees.
I purchased a magnet today for $9.99. When it rang up, the price was $12.00. I thought $2 for tax was a bit high so I said something to the two male cashiers. They said nothing and just stared at me. So I paid with my credit card. After I left the store, I looked at my receipt and was charged $1 for a convenience charge. I went back in and complained. No apology. I was just told that was their policy if you use a credit or debit card. If I knew that, I would have paid cash. Like I stated earlier, I asked them why my total was so high and they said nothing so I felt like they were hiding the fee from me. I assumed it was just a high tax amount. There was no sign stating a convenience charge. They lost a customer who routinely goes into the store over a lack of sign and employees who don't like...
