I will start out by saying, I am a Taco Bell fan, it’s a place I would go in High School and has always held a place in my heart. Is it my go to for a meal that often, no. But love it for a quick lunch or just need food for dinner and don’t want to deal with making something. I have been to this location a few times, but this last time was the last. The walk in service is none existent. You now have to use the machine and that’s ok, but on this trip had a pick up and go order from the app and my food just sat there getting cold while I stood there waiting for help. To make a long story short, there are several people that work here and the manger, that are beyond rude/ unprofessional. They see you as just a bother to them when your just asking for what the should be provided… service/help. In this case handling me my food. When I brought it to the mangers attention, she showed how much she should not be in her job and why the team reporting to her is so poor. She is not a leader and flew off the handle with just a tiny interaction… she apparently “doesn’t get paid enough” to hear concerns…. those are her words. Well guess what I will not be contributing to your salary moving forward and let’s face it, your negative energy will take its toll on you for the rest of your life, until you wake up to the fact that you have a...
Read moreMost unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered at a Taco Bell. I’m a truck driver, and my rig can’t go thru a drive thru. Lobby was closed, no sign on the door to indicate this. I had to walk through the drive thru since no one would answer the phone while I stood out front and called the store. As I attempted to call, there were no customers in the drive thru. I watched the staff eating food on the prep line while wearing their prep gloves… btw that is a MAJOR health code violation… and they refused to answer the phone. I had to resort to having a customer in a car place my order, then walk through the drive thru to get my food. All this while it was 45 degrees outside. When I asked the staff about the issues I was having they said they were short staffed. I asked to speak with a manager, but there was not one on duty. I was told I could call Kyle. Then a woman working inside approached the window and told me I should be thanking them for being there because they weren’t allowed lunch breaks. Then they slammed the drive thru window shut in my face and refused to speak to me further. As a former food service manager I’m not only appalled, but offended. I would like to receive feedback on this situation. Especially about why the employees are eating in an area where they will contaminate all the food that is served at...
Read moreedit: If I could give this place zero stars, I would. taking away another star from my review due to another negative experience mobile ordering at this location. we placed two separate mobile orders (crunchwraps with potatoes instead of beef, burritos with potatoes instead of beef, and chips w/ nacho cheese). no issues with our orders were mentioned at the mic but when we got to the window, we were told the restaurant was out of potatoes. since we do not eat red meat, we wanted to cancel our orders and be refunded. because the restaurant had already sent our orders through to the “your order is being made” screen on the app, we no longer had the option to cancel the order. they insisted that we should be able to request a refund through the app and refused to issue us any kind of refund.
came to this Taco Bell to pick up a mobile order. told them our name at the menu and they sent us forward to the window. after waiting fifteen minutes, we got to the window and they told us that our order wasn’t in their system. partial blame on our end because we’d forgotten to checkout on the app before pulling into the drive thru. majority blame on Taco Bell employees though because why didn’t they tell us that at the menu? could’ve checked out on the app right then and saved us...
