They recently took over another restaurant. I ordered through an app for the old restaurant. Due to this, they never got my order. There was incorrect information given to me when I called the first time. After 45 minutes, the delivery time I was given. My order never showed up and I was speaking with the wrong person. After about an hour total. I placed my order. I ordered steam dumplings and Shrimp Lo Mein I got it really quickly and got a nice surprise. They gave me a $15 gift card for pickup or dine in. We love Fortune Cooky in Germantown! The man running the front desk (I don’t know his name) is so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He makes you feel like you’re the only customer. This is the second time we’ve been here, and the first time they forgot a sauce. The front desk gentleman called, apologized and offered a coupon for the next time we ordered. My husband picked up the food and he remembered that he wanted to give us the coupon!!! Talk about great customer service!!! Today was my first time ordering from this location. I don’t live in the Germantown area but I was in the area and was looking for Chinese and stumbled upon this place so ordered food for the family. We spent almost $90 on food and half of it had gone bad. All the dishes with veggies had gone bad from the spring rolls, to the triple delight, Thai spicy chicken etc. it was a terrible experience and a waste of money.
