Man this is going to be a long one so sit down and put your seatbelt on. Here we go! Tonight we place a online order. 2 chicken sandwich meals and a 16 piece boneless for the kids. I wait about 14 mins in the parking lot then head inside. Asked how long the order would be. She said 10 mins (Arianna the MOD) so I sit and wait. About 5 minutes in she says we are out of chicken sandwiches. Ok cool let me get something else in replacement of it. We work it out, stuff happens I understand I say let me make another order for extra food since It would not be enough and can you hook me up with a extra drink for the troubles. Begrudgingly she says ok and hands me 2 cups for soft drinks on the freestyle machine. I try to get drinks #1 no ice. Ok whatever. #2 the only thing I can get out of some odd 20 options theres only Hi C. I say hey the machine is out of soda. She says "I know" soooo why would you give me cups and not a bottle soda? Anyways. Customers pour in picking up and ordering the same sandwiches. She stops and says i will go check the back! Puzzled as ever. I watch (Arianna) bring out 2 cases of chicken that says Keep Frozen. She smirks at me. While pulling what appears to be chicken patties out of the box. I calmly sit down and watch. Furious at that moment. They finally give me my food after a half hour wait time. I ask is my whole order in here? MOD says yes. Then I ask. I thought you were out of sandwiches or is it that you did not want to make them. She blankly stares. I say what is your name btw. She replies. Why? I say as a manager you do not want to give your name? She replies I dont understand why . I say again as a person in a supervisory role you will not give me your name? She gives it finally and I leave peacefully. Get home to find me second order missing. Oh boy here we go , all aboard back to Wingstop. I ask I thought you said all of my food was here, she says it was you didnt look? I reply lady I would not go all the way home and come back up here for no reason. It has to be sitting right there. She walks away. Makes a phone call. Voila my food appears from where I said and with an attitude. Whoever put her in a manager role shame on you. Arianna does not have what it take to manage at all. If I could give this location a negative 5 stars I would. Area Manager you are in dire need of a rehaul of your employees. Ironically you will get better service from fastfood than this location....
Read moreI placed my order at wing stop at 5:30pm , they were out of tenders so the girl said they could give me boneless wings instead..I agreed. .. now not only did the simple order take 45 mins I get home to find out my sauce was wrong & they only gave me 5 boneless wings !!! I paid for 5 tender meal ! You can't even order 5 boneless wings off the menu as a meal ! You would think that they would give u the equivalent or more when being charged $13 for a 5 tender meal !! I drove back to the restaurant to get my order right , the MAnager (tall, bald, dark skinned guy named Marc) refused to come to the front to resolve guest issues bc he was busy on the line...he had 2 employees running around like chickens w their heads cut off tryna figure it out for him mean while he sauces wings ...for more than 20 mins we waited and he never took one step towards the register it took for a male customer to directly call him out in front of the entire restaurant for him to attended to his clients which is ridiculous !! NOT ONCE DID HE APOLOGIES to anyone or show empathy , he stood there w a dumb smirk on his face when being told that was extremely unprofessional of him as the manager on duty ! Every time we visit this wing stop there is a issue we always brush it off bcus they are a new location so we are giving them time to get things together but this one by far had to be the worst ! Read moreThis location SUCKS! Do NOT waste your money! The wingstop in Goshen is not a far travel from Germantown definitely consider going there instead you will not be disappointed. I ordered online from this location in May and requested Extra crispy wings. After the order was processed online I called the store to reiterate EXTRA CRISY and they confirmed that my request was noted and my wings will be EXTRA CRISPY. I came in to pick up the order and of course the wings were NOT as I requested! I requested a refund and did NOT accept the food. They told me my refund would be processed! I received no receipt confirmation that the refund was processed like any other franchise would provide. Here it is a WHOLE MONTH LATER and still no refund received! I have called the store multiple times I have even spoke to the GM Jerry which advised me that the refund was being processed but they were in the process of a system upgrade and refunds are taking longer to process! Which makes no sense AT ALL! I have to wait for MY money because of their system upgrade….. WINGSTOP is a SCAM!!! Please BEWARE!!!! So here I am $60 lost for my daughters birthday requested dinner because they can’t seem to have decent enough cooks to complete orders as requested! And clearly upper management...
