If I could give this place a zero I would. Took my wedding ring here to get sized and was given a quote. Couple days later get a call saying they didn't realize my ring was platinum and would be twice the cost. Then another call couple of days later with a very rude man on the phone saying that they would have to send my ring out when the whole reason I took it there was to have it done in house. The guy talked to me like I was an idiot and an inconvenience. I had to come up with a solution so my ring could be worked on in house. Two days later I realized I hadn't been given a new pick up date (my original one had already passed) so I called to inquire when I should expect it to be done. I got the same rude man who I guess is the owner. He first told me that they didn't have me on file and didn't have my ring. Finally after arguing with him he said they did have it but why was I calling they just talked to me and they had a lot of jewelry to be done before mine. The guy was yelling at me and made me so uncomfortable I decided to just go and get my ring. Took it to another store and they had no problem sizing it. I will never step foot in here again. They are rude and have no idea what...

3 weeks ago I took my Sterling Silver Tiffany Paloma Picasso necklace in to have a pin inserted on the back so I could wear it as a brooch. I was told this job would be done in his shop. One week went by and I called to see if it was ready and he said he had to send it out to another jewelry store. 2 weeks later it was ready to be picked up and I was shocked to see the piece! It was destroyed, it came back dented and felt like someone took sandpaper to it and rubbed all the polish off of it, also the Tiffany logo was removed from the back! I was very upset and refused to pay for this since I wouldn't wear the piece in this condition. He became very abusive and started using vulgar and swear words and threw the piece back to me! I was shocked that a professional person was behaving this way. He kept insisting that I brought it in damaged. I should have taken pictures of my necklace before leaving it with him, lesson learned! I will NEVER go back and will NOT recommend this place of business to...

-Did not provide written estimate so….surprise $1700 bill!

-Gave me back several pieces of valuable family heirloom jewelry in worse shape than I brought them in and then said, “It was damaged when you brought it in” and “It’s the best we can do.”

-Very shoddy work. Examples: $800 gold hoop earrings now DENTED AND NOT ROUND! $12,000 antique engagement ring…asked for beads on the inside to be removed. Returned it with JAGGED EDGES and took so much of the band that WE had to pay for re-shanking to “make it right.”

-Repair shop didn’t get it right the first, second and third time…owner still charged me for “making it right.” My family heirloom earrings are ruined.

-Owner is sarcastic and rude…said, “The customer is always right” while rolling his eyes and then arguing that he had done everything he can do to repair the damage caused by his repair shop.

—UNETHICAL and OVERPRICED!

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FAMILY HEIRLOOM...
