Lilian White was a horrible provider and did not even spend five minutes examining me. She completely missed what was going on and did not listen to my concerns. I have been to this location before and had a better provider thankfully at those visits. But it still has been hit or miss with the MAās who do not seem happy to be working there. It has made me feel like an inconvenience for needing care.
Following up: We have had a really hard sick season and have been back to this Indigo since my last review. We have had great care from Katherine White ARNP and have had some really great MAās who made it easier to come back since the first horrible interaction. The male MA (Iām sorry I donāt know his name) is very kind and does a great job! Yesterday, however, I was finally unlucky and got Lillian White ARNP as the provider again. Just like last time, she was completely dismissive. Had already made up her mind about my medical diagnosis BEFORE she even examined me. She was trying to leave the room without offering me any suggestions for my illness. The other low rating reviews on here sound very similar and I wonder if she was also the provider for those patients. Multicare, I know you probably wonāt fire her, but you need to take some sort of action with this provider. I care because I am an RN. I know that this is not the norm and it kills me to think of the patients who donāt know any better and wonāt advocate for themselves. I basically had to force Lillian to stay in the room with me, give me a thorough exam, go through all of my medications and come up with at least some sort of treatment plan. I know others would not do the same. In the future, I will always call ahead to make sure she is not the provider working when I come in. Two interactions with her were...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreListen, iv came here literally everytime someone in my house has gotten sick. My son was there, for a virus for the 3rd time. His oxygen is at 94. But it kept dropping to 89 at night. One minute a doctor is saying he has phnemonia, next doctor says it's not than says possible bronchitis, than they don't even do any further investigation. They just say use the inhaler 4 to 6 hours a day. Well, that's cool. But his oxygen still is a issue with the extremely bad cough that is lingering for 2 plus weeks. She said she can do a steroid, than she said she doesn't want too. I'm so confused and feel like doctors now is like they got there degrees through a cracker jack box. Because even tho, they see something abnormal, they dismiss it and say let's wait and see if it eventually gets better. But that could be the worst mistake in so many cases. Especially because, the oxygen level is not suppose to be so low for a 14 year old. I got the same virus and my oxygen is 99 and I'm coughing the same as him, maybe even worse. I don't know, lately I haven't been so impressed with the doctor's. Not sure what happened, but come on now. I went back there for myself since they seen me before and told me they can help me. Unfortunately they failed to even give me a antibiotic for possible bronchitis. And I ended up coughing up blood. Ended up at Kaiser and they did exactly what they was suppose to do. This place is horrible and would give them 0 stars if I could. š¢ I actually liked one of the doctors. But she should really be careful on undertreating people. That can be dangerous. Especially people like me who...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy whole family caught covid. My Dad and I went in the first day and the appointment was for me, but my Dad had the same symptoms. They accommodated me and my Dad. They tested us and it was positive for Covid. They do not prescribe Paxlovide because they require a kidney test and approval from your regular physician but neither of our regular doctors are available within the 5 day window so like why even try?
Then I took my wife in the next day and the medical service technician said, "oh you probably don't have covid" after my wife said she didn't have a big fever. But I told her that we tested positive just yesterday in that very same room.
Then I took my mom in. My dad has not gotten much better so I asked the medical service provider if the ARPN could see my Dad while my mom was in there too. They always go to appointments together.
"Absolutely Not! No!" She exclaimed then went into detail. My Dad hates it when I argue with anyone so he just looked at me, like let it go. But she clearly didn't know the circumstance and made no attempt to know the circumstances.
For the record the ARPN spent no more than 10 minutes with me and my Dad the other day. The medical assistant spent the same. The additional time spent was negligible and no emergency was missed. In fact there was an emergency that happened while we waited in our room and they handled it first.
Overall I think the staff are relatively curious and the staff are doing what they can but these rules about scheduling and administering Paxlovid are creating more...
