Fantastic customer service. I signed up for their rewards at another location, hadn't gotten email to activate came here and they walked me through it and got my $5 monthly coupon which ended up in a free Pokemon card packet. My son is an avid Pokemon card collector (7years old) so he'll get a free little pack every month. We'll be coming here for sure. Waiting in line the staff's interaction was fantastic with another customer talking about the new God of War game and the important detail it is a sequel. The manager Erik is a complete ass, he is very rude and isn't there for customer service he just does his job for a check. He does not get back to customers who call in with a question. In person he is rude an the store smells like butt crack.

Update 3 years later: The store doesn't smell like ass finally and the guy who is running the front is doing a good job but he needs another set of hands because currently this is not a one man store with the massive line in here. We enjoy our shopping experience at Game Stop because the gamers who are employees always make the BEST recommendations and help us parents choose appropraite games by describing what the games will show (violence, nudity, etc). We make an informed decision to purchase age appropriate material based on our discussion. Great people.
