Kirkland's is a chain with imported household and decorating items fairly similar to what you will find in Pier 1, but a smaller selection and with more of a "country/shabby chic" rather than "exotic imports" feel. Sometimes you can find some really good deals, but pay attention to what a given item is made of. Much of their furniture is made of flimsy materials and won't stand up to a lot of use. We found some really good prices on mirrors (but the frames are the flimsy molded polystyrene, so you have to be extra-careful to avoid dents and dings) and some art pieces and large decorative (non-water-safe) vases.
