My hat is way off to these guys for personal service. I had a musical instrument I half paid for on Craigslist. The other half would be paid after verification of the serial number and the guitar itself from the pics I sent Patel and Jace at the store. I also asked to verify the condition of the guitar and see if it matched the description the owner described and showed in the photos. I made arrangements with the Patel the manager of the UPS store and the owner to meet at the store with the guitar to be sent. The verification was made by Jace the assistant manger who had some experience with musical instruments. I instantly paid the rest of the balance by PayPal and the deal was done. Jace packed the rare Strat in bubble wrap and the best shipping guitar box anywhere. Patel and Jace made this deal happen. The original owner was reluctant to sell it in fear of being ripped off but when I introduced my plan and told him the guys at UPS would help him feel this was real and he would be paid in full before UPS would agreed to send it out. And that they did, Call it the perfect middle man if you will but this UPS store is Aces and the people who work there...
Read moreThis is the second time I've gone to the store and there is a sign on the register "Employee on Lunch Break". This store used to have 2-3 people working at the same time, now there seems to only be one—and he doesn't seem thrilled to be there, or to help you.
This time, the employee popped his head out of the break room saying, "I'm sorry I can't help you right now. I'm on my lunch break." It was 11:10am.
Seriously?! If you're the only employee in the store then it's your responsibility to help the customer at hand—regardless if this is your break time or not. Hire another employee if you need to.
I stood my ground, waited patiently, and asked when his lunch break was over so he could help me. He didn't answer, but ended up helping me unenthusiastically and did not offer any sort of "thank you for your business".
With behavior like this, they will soon be out of business. Time for everyone to take their UPS business a few stores...
Read moreI’m giving this store negative stars. Don’t waste your time coming here, go to the Wheaton Danada UPS store instead. The guys at the store always try ripping you off and charging you extra even for something as simple as printing a label, which is typically free at the UPS stores. Then they act like the other stores are charging double what they’re charging in order to try to Manipulate you into giving them extra money. The Wheaton Danada location is nearby and never charges you to print a label and on top of that if you don’t have tape for your package or enough tape, they always tape it for you versus here who makes you buy a roll of tape. Don’t waste your time or money on this location. Don’t go here. Go to...
