When dealing with customers you have to first learn the basics. 1. a customer entering in your establishment should be greeted. Not when approaching the registers staring and then going "I'm ready for your order" with the most unpleasant look on your face. Well this is what I experienced at this location by Jane. I even walked up to her with the biggest smile in my face and said hello. Her "I'm ready for your order" so I told her first yo should be the one that greets the customer but you didn't and I spoke to you and all you couldn't even speak back. her response was I did speak I said I'[m ready for your order. So naturally I asked to speak with a manager, to make matters worst she tells me that she was a manager. Really, so with an attitude like that this chic has the audacity to be a manager and be that rude to customer. So I said since you are the manager I would like the corporate number "we don't have one, There are no numbers to contact anyone posted around here so are you ready to order or not?" Wow. and I mean wow this "Jane" chic was really rude. So while disputing with this unpleasant person on her customer service skills a gentleman walks up to see what was going on. I explained to him how horrible Jane customer service skills were and as a person who has worked in customer service and take pride in her job and in fact loves her job is pretty much appalled at what I have just endured. Not only was she rude but she argued with me, and all I was trying to tell her was that this is no way that a customer should be treated and on top of that you hold a management position. So anyways, the gentleman confirmed that he himself was also a assistant manager and gave me the name of his manager "Eric" so here's the thing I don't want to deal with another manager I want to deal with the owner of this location. Because people like that will never learn, If you do not have the personality to deal with the public then customer service is no fitted for you. This location will never get out of the 2-3 star mark because of people like that. But anyways let me continue. So, Jane after taking my order begins to make our food. As I'm standing there I see her go to the fridge get bags of cheese and then sits them down on the prepping table. But guess what? Not one time did she wash her freaking hands or put any form of gloves on, and then she disappears immediately I have already made up my mind that I was not going to eat that pizza I have no idea what she was doing only to come back and begin touching on my food again. Then the guy who is also supposed to be a manger based off of what Jane said "all three of us are managers" also begins touching food and you guessed it after touching machines and counters not one of them washed there hands. So I asked the gentleman do you all use gloves and he goes no we don't have to we just have to wash our hands. NOW you know what happened next. Refund me please and I will be calling...
Read more1/21/2024. 1st time visiting this lil Caesar’s since I moved this way 2 mos ago. Ordered my usual that I like Italian Cheese Bread. Ask if I could have extra cheese and seasoning on it. At 1st was informed it would cost extra. I was surprised. 1st time told would be charge. I declined. Associate says will add the extras for me. Upon receiving and going home I was not satisfied at all. The bread that usually the size of the inside of box and cut in 10 regular pieces was smaller than I ever seen and cut into 8 regular pieces. The Italian seasoning was so scarce that you could barely see any and the layer of cheese was so thin that when I bit into the bread all I literally had was a mouth full of bread. No taste of seasoning or cheese. I would have come out better just rolling out some biscuit dough and layer with cheese and seasoning and putting in the oven 1st and last time visiting this store. I called to make a order and once I get there the employee Erik informed me I was in the wrong location and send me to a different little caesars, so I politely apologized for my mistake and I drive to the other Caesars and they informed me that I was in the wrong establishment and once I showed them the number I called they informed me that it was the same location I went to the first place. so I call the place i made my order and to my surprise its Erick that answers the phone and when I start to complain to him on why he lied,he denies that he had ever talked to me and I never made a order in that establishment.
