First and foremost, I'm shocked how many people have no idea how to operate pastry collection and payment at a bakery. This is not a buffet line where you wait for someone to go around and make their pick. 😅

By the crowds inside, I'm also concerned about how many people seemingly have never eaten a pastry before.

I'm further concerned by how many people think this is a Parisian fresh bakery and not a South Korean franchise with questionable ingredients and frozen goods that are heated up/left out to unfreeze. I don't know of a single item in this store that is non-GMO, organic in origin, Sans preservatives.

The "baked goods" are just ok; there's nothing particularly special (or in any way good for you) at any of these locations.

The seating is basic and doesn't create a relaxed atmosphere. White lights and cafeteria-like seating.

Ordered a birthday cake online from this location as they had good reviews. This was the first time I visited this Paris Baguette. A few things I wasn’t happy about: 1. Upon arrival while waiting, another customer behind was served before me (they should place signs to clearly mark where the line queue starts and turn it into a single line). 2. They failed to ask and provide the plastic knife, matches, candles, that usually come with a birthday cake. This shows lack of care. 3. The “Happy Birthday” wasn’t placed on the cake itself but on the cardboard base. I would have preferred it on the cake or on a chocolate plaque. Overall customer service was lacking, poor attention to details, and long wait times. Will definitely not return to this location, and will stick with the one in Naperville instead and Tous Les Jours which has excellent customer service (and whose staff always ask if we need knife/candles when...

I cannot recommend this bakery enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an elegant and inviting atmosphere that feels quintessentially French. One of the highlights is the ability to pick your own pastries from the immaculate glass containers—they’re so clean and beautifully arranged that it’s impossible to choose just one.

And if pastries weren’t enough, they have an incredible selection of 25 custom cakes! These cakes are perfect for any holiday or special occasion, and you’re guaranteed to be the hero of any party when you show up with one. I’ve yet to try them all, but based on the quality of everything else here, I’m certain they’re absolutely divine.
