I went to salon last week did my hair, so I want to share this with you so you can be aware, when my stylist finished my hair I noticed my Porsche car key with my other bunch house and office keys missing they weren’t in the same chair where I left it. I asked the owner to look up with cameras to see who maybe mistakenly took my keys she informed me that her cameras not working so she’s not able to check anything on top of this she never called or asked what happened she just said be careful next time put your keys in your bag that was her best advice because her clients love steal stuff I even took my chanel bag with me when my stylist washed my hair after color l, so if I would leave my bag in the chair that means they will steal my chanel handbag same way. Guys be careful put your stuff in the bag when you are in their salon DANGEROUS OWNERS...

This is the worst salon experience ever!! They only know how to do platinum blonde, orange or black hair. I came in asking for a brown and blonde balayage. I walked out with highlight and streaks filling my entire head with the worst blonde ever! The toner they used was way too cool for my skin tone. I had to rush after there because I had an appointment right after. I texted Inez, who by the way gave me 30 minutes of her time to do foils then moved on to three other clients while my hair was lifting. Her assistant did most of the work! She claimed that she gave me the color I asked for when I specifically showed her a picture of something else. I replied saying I wanted a toner to warm up my highlights, she never got back to me. BE CAREFUL. Do not get serviced...

The staff was friendly and courteous. The 2 stars is because although the colorists have been doing hair for years, some have been at Atelier for almost 10 years, it seems like they only know how to do one thing: platinum blonde. If you ask for anything else sure they'll say yes, they can get you whatever color but truth is if you're not looking for platinum blonde you'll come out with orange brassy hair. They don't know how to balayge. I asked for balayge and came out with thin streaks all the way up to my roots. I went to ULTA where they died my roots dark so it wasn't all orange and...
