Well rented out a private event with friends for 4 hours from 12 to 4pm theater 10 for $600. 2 hours of a movie 2 hours for video games. We watched tron legacy and speakers were totally blown out. Bass sounded terrible. Major crackling when the music would hit. Tron legacy soundtrack is a big part of the movie and almost ruined the experience but we just tried to enjoy what we could. Called someone in and they said it had never done that before and all they did was turn it down but we could still hear it. The video game part was fine , speakers didn't sound busted but also there's no bass in the game. Finally I got charged for two drinks when I ordered one, guy brought me two and I told him I only ordered one showed him my order and he said he would take care of it. He in fact did not take care of it as I still got charged for both. My total order was $110 for food and they double charged me the next day. Had two charges for $110. My friends also ordered food so im guessing in total we spent atleast $1000. By 330 the staff came in trying to kick us out saying the theater was about to open and we only booked until 310 which was not true as I had an invoice. The man went to go check ruining that part of the experience as everyone was worried we had to leave. He comes back and says nevermind I was right we are booked until 4. So for around $1000 we got blown out speakers for 2 hours and inconvenienced for almost being kicked out early and a nice surprise of and extra $110 charge the next day. No type of discount offer. No type of reimbursement. No nothing but "hey hope you guys had a great time." The only good part about this was spending time with friends with something we've always wanted to do which was play super smash bros on a big screen. Staff wasn't rude minus telling us we over stayed when we didnt but also just didn't try to make up for anything which sucked. If I didn't have friends waiting at my house after I would've stayed and made a bigger deal about but decided to just email.all i was told through email was they never had that complaint about the speakers but the staff memeber did hear it. Never got the price correct for the drink but I did get the double charge refunded. That's it. Still feel ripped off. It is a nice theater with nice seats but that's about it. I'd go back again but definitely wouldn't do private events anymore as that was too much money for...

My recent experience at LOOK left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. The main reason for my dissatisfaction was the behavior of one particular bartender who insulted us and made false assumptions about our tipping habits.
Upon receiving our bill, we noticed that an automatic 18% gratuity was already added to the check. We proceeded to pay the bill accordingly. However, to our surprise, the bartender made a loud remark to the entire bar, saying āThanks for not tipping." This statement was both inappropriate and unwarranted.
Feeling insulted by her assumption, I quickly responded by stating that we did indeed tip because our receipt clearly indicated an additional 18% gratuity. Which to be honest this bartender is rude and condescending and does not deserve 18% tip but since we are in the service industry ( Iām a bartender too) we left the tip.
The woman bartender claims she is the Bar Manager, which is an embarrassment to look cinema that sheās responsible for the interactions with guest complaints.
Howās does a ābar managerā not know her own policy ????
It was evident that she hadn't bothered to check the receipt before jumping to conclusions.
Furthermore, the automatic addition of gratuity to the check is misleading. While it is a common practice in some places, it is essential for the staff to be aware of this policy and treat all customers with equal respect, regardless of whether they decide to tip additionally or not. Making presumptions and publicly shaming customers for a tip they've already given is unprofessional and unacceptable.
We have been here a handle full of times and this is our second interaction with this bartender . The first time she was just as rude . Even other guest around us at the bar asked what her problem is .
The bathrooms have been so disgusting every time we have been here . They are flooded upstairs .
The concept of ordering on your phone could be great but their wifi is terrible and the service still takes time . 25 mins for a beer . And food forget it !! I saw a server drop off popcorn to a guest , turned around and said sorry wrong person after that guest already ate some of it and gave the popcorn to the correct guest . GROSS!!
They only good thing I can say about this place is comfy seats !!
Will we come back ? -...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo this was the most bizarre movie experience of my life and Iām old. I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 because I paid zero dollars for this experience and it kinda worked with the movie. Basically, the theater had a very post-apocalyptic zombie vibe.
A friend and I went to go see Weapons. I tried getting tickets online but couldnāt get the seat selection to load, so I couldnāt get tickets and decided to buy them there. Itās primetime Sunday night on a 3 day holiday weekend but the bar was closed and employees were putting things away as we arrived. The ticket kiosks were down.
When we asked the first employee we saw, he said they couldnāt charge us for anything because the whole system was down. I asked if the movie was even playing and he pointed at the stairs and said yes, in theater 5. We read between the lines and went downstairs to theater 5 and walked in just as the movie was starting.
During and after the movie ended, we discovered the bathrooms had no toilet paper and the lights were off, every trashcan was overflowing, some displays were broken, trash was all over countertops and there wasnāt an employee in sight.
It was really creepy but it worked with the movie. I was trying to explain to my friend that this theater is usually different and they usually offer beer, cocktails, and food but I guess not tonight. The more we talked about it the more we started to think it was an employee walkout, because if you have no ability to sell tickets, drinks, or foodā¦. Why are you open? Why are you letting customers wander in and around if youāre not able to serve them?
Anyways, thanks for the free movie but after seeing all the trash and having to use toilet seat covers for tp, I think Iāll probably have to pass on coming back. My advice is to either take better care of your employees or get a new manager who is capable of actually managing. This was a massive failure that cannot be easily explained away by a...
