I recently picked up my order from this location and the employees were really rude. I'm usually not one to submit bad reviews but it honestly made me not want to go back to that store. There were 3 girls at the register and I went up and said hi, they looked me up and down and just continued chatting. I said again "hi, I'm here to pick up an online order." One of them scoffed and rolled her eyes and started chatting again with one of the other girls. The third girl finally, reluctantly, came over and helped me. She went to the back and got my order and forgot about me so I had to ask again. They ignored me again until I finally said loudly "can I please just get my order and leave?" Read moreI’ve been coming to this box lunch for over 6 months. Most of the employees are very helpful. The manager Nichole is THE WORST. Super disrespectful. No customer service skills at all. Very loud and annoying. Basically told me she didn’t have time for me. When I buy something I want it to be as close to perfect as possible. She said she was too busy to let me choose a better looking figure they had behind the counter. When no one else was in line. I returned it.
